- It is very difficult to follow Torbjörn"s lectures, it seems like he is not well prepared and he is jumping back and forth» (Small extent)

- Remove the semiconductor part completely!! The calculation part of it feels really of no use. This is most likely nothing that we will do. Put more focus on FACTS rather. Some of the semiconductor theory is really good to have, but the calculations with regions and such feels really unnecessary.»

20. Your comments on the study visit

- Did not attend. For next year, put the study visit in the first or second week and maybe go to Ringhals instead.»
- VERY BAD that Torbjörn didn"t manage to find a visit that ALL students could attent. Now the number of participants for the visit was "filled" very quick and I couldn"t come along. He would have booked two occations from the start. Now he only emailed us and told us to email him if we where intressted in a 2nd visit. In this case it"s really hard for us to know when it is and to plan our time.»

- Missed ABB. The other one about siliconcarbide didn"t give me that much. »

- The handouts were not as helpful as they use to/should be. Toooo many and without any helping text... The lectures are a bit messy and cover far too much.. Give out more solutions to problems and the right answers to all relevant problems...!! Without at least the right answers no»

- i want to say something on this course. it is very interesting course where i was fond of during my undergraduate studies. but now i fill like am begining to hate it because of some part of the lectures and the tutor,she was not helpful to me. one more thing, the lectures are some times disturbing because the lecturer,sometimes he is in chapter 28 then goes back to 21. the text book is arranged in order that details go further to the end of the book. there are things we have to know in, say chapter 27 before going to chapter 29. so i recommend that lectures be given in line with textbooks.May be the project has made such disorders because it has to begin early.but i think it is not helpful in this way.»
