- I did not know that google scholar was so good, if it hadn"t been for this exercise I wouldn"t have used it» (Large extent)

- our comments were quite generic. For the positive feedback we got no concrete examples. For the constructive feedback it was OK, but not really so deep comments. » (Some extent)

- Maybe it would be better to have it in the beginning because you could get inspired on what to write about. It was very interesting but it could have been more useful in the beginning. » (Some extent)

When the lecture was we had already decided on a subject and the lecutre did not give much. This is especially important for those writning the master thesis the coming fall.» (Some extent)

- Me and my MTP-partner completed each other very good. I however believe that information about this course and that we need to choose a partner by ouurselves should be given in LP3 in the Operations Strategy class (which is mandatory and the whole class takes) so that we have time to find a partner and think of a subject.» (Very well)

- Six sigma course took 100% of the 40 hours per week dedicated for studies...this course was done on overtime» (Too high)
- There are so much to do in the last couple of months in both Courses (Six Sigma and this) that there is no time to study for the exam. It wiuld be beneficial to have an other form of examination instead of an end exam. Maybe on in the middle testing only the theory so that you can focus on MTP after. » (Too high)

- MTP is a good way to learn and the task should be preserved. There are both pros and cons about having it the first year or the second but I Think the first can be good in order to get you started»

- Information about the course (that we need to find a partner and find a subject) should be given during the previous course so that we have more time to prepare for this course. We have had it like that before and it was really helpful. Since the whole class take the Operations Strategy course it would be suitable to give the information in that class. Have more theory on how to do a time plan. We thought it was difficult to know how to plan for a whole master thesis when we didn"t know exactly what we were going to do.»
- Maybe all presentations shouldn"t be held in whole class, MTP absolutely, but for the qualitative and quantitative assignments the presentations became too boring.»
- More workshops, shorter lectures, higher påve in lectures would also be beneficial. Combine pace, visual presentations, examples and then let the student discuss in small group or do an exercise, which will internalise the knowledge. Speed is key, don"t drag things out, were smarter than that, we get bored when the pace is slow »
- More practical use of different methods. Actually trying them out instead of reading about them. Don"t think anyone will use a method later on in their Master thesis if they dont have tried it out them self before. Like the first assignment, but you get the chance to try out all or more methods. Maybe have interviews for all first week, observations next week, focus groups, questionnaires etc following weeks. »
- The questionaire assignment should defenitely be mandatory to do, there should not be a possibility to just attend the presentation without doing the hand-in! Also those lectures can definitely be shorten down. The presentations should be made in a better way, ex. in smaller Groups, so that you can keep up and pay attention all the time. »

- Proposal writing is not useful. Attending the presentation without doing the assignment is not fair. »
- I think that this course is so unnecessary and should be replaced by something more relevant »

- You have to focus on the difficulties within the subject immediately from the start next year! It is a hard subject to be good in but everybody thinks it is very easy and do not understand the difficulties within for instance conducting a survey and get good results.»

- It would have been better organized if the groups could have built in pingpong (and be the same) and not during the lecture. If somebody cannot participate to the lecture so she/he might not know anything about a group assignment and especially if the other students don"t tell/forget to tell to this student about this.»
- More peer-to-peer commenting, maybe we could have one "partner"-group that we could discuss things such as research questions, purpose formulation etc with. Should probably not be the same group as the final opponent group»

- There is a problem when this course is so early since a lot of students have not even thought about, or contacted any companies. This impacts the quality of the MTP since a lot of persons have to make up their own cases. Would be more beneficial to have it during fall in the 5th year. »
- Liked the course since I"ve never done a course like this. Not all students are required to complete a BSc thesis, so this was a valuable course in preparation for my MSc thesis.»
