Genomsnitt: 3.92 (bidrar till totalt genomsnitt/jämförelseindex) - I think the course is interesting, but I lack a clear red thread. The content focuses on many different things, but often from a scientific perspective and the expressions etc. are quite academic I feel like. I have nothing against Gadde, and all the articles. It would however be nice with some more standard marketing material, or customer relations material like something from Kotler etc. in order to get a more... "easy to comprend" view of how companies do stuff.» (Good)
- I did though think that it would be more focus on soft values and the relationship to the customer, not as much distribution (even if very important and interesting, just not my expectation)» (Good)
17. What should definitely be preserved to next year?- guest lecure»
- Guest Lectures. The exam was good. »
- The assignments were quite interesting to do, but it is always a challenge with not picking your teammates. Maybe one could query the students and ask them what grade they are aiming for and then pair up according to that? But as it is now, some people do not give a damn while others want a five.
The guest lectures provided a much needed academic relief, like the guy from Brightpoint said "there are two things you need to know on succeeding in customer relations, buy the customers alcohol and learn tax law", reality in practice!
The second seminar with Gadde was also very nice!»

- Group pairings, more "normal" literature»
- Maybe skip assignment B and focus more on assignment A, since that was more interesting and rewarding.»
- How the groups are structured or at least, a way to fairly evaluate the contribution of each member.
Not fair that the other two got the same points as us without doing anything. We did do our best in the beginning to involve them, divide the tasks and share responsibility. When this was misused, it was a greater effort to involve than to exclude.»
