- The repartition with approximately one deadline per week is good, the amount of work is thanks to this around the same each week, which is good.» (the same)

- For me it was quite difficult, but I have no environmental knowledge since before so it was a new way of thinking. However, in general it should be about the same I think, maybe a bit harder than some (but they are too easy)» (difficult)

- The goals for the exam reports are hard to understand. It would be good to know what you value. Also, as there are only three of them, it is not that much times to learn from, and as you get graded on all of them it affects the results of the course quite a bit. » (The goals are difficult to understand)

- The course content was very well matched with what I"ve learned from before. It was interesting that many things came together (purchasing, logistics, transport and even marketing). I especially liked the politics part of the course. » (Yes, the goals seem reasonable)

- It would have been nice to a higher extent have access to the Power Points before the lectures in order to prepare and to take notes in a more efficient way! I understand that it can be a bit challenging for some Guest lectures, but for all other lectures it should be ok I think! » (Rather poor)

- We"ve been able to call, email and contact the lecturer and supervisor. However I understood that our group has used this opportunity the most. Therefore, for next time it can be good with scheduled supervision.» (Rather good)

Matrisfråga

- In general, I think that all lectures were very interesting (first time at Chalmers). I attended all lectures and really enjoyed them both content wise, and also as the lecturers were inspiring to listen to. I especially liked the lectures on City Logistics, and GF power, rationality and decision making was very inspiring too. PS lecture was good content wise, however not very inspiring/interactive to listen to. Also, we had almost the same lecture with POA in another course at the SCM program, so half of the group knew what he was going to talk about. In conclusion, the lecturers were very interesting. I would prefer to have some more lectures on politics and a global perspective of one of the lectures would be very interesting. »
- The lecture on "power, rationality and decision making" was rather a lecture on the history of road traffic in Sweden. It was really interesting (also good lecturer) but not that important when you read the course content.»
- I really appreciated the lectures given by Huge-Brodin and her colleague. The lecture given by Arnäs was good but I remembered a large protion of the slides from an earlier lecture in Roso"s course for the SCM program»

- it permit to go deeper in our knowledge of the topic, a few days after seeing it. An exam at the end doesn"t have this.» (very good)
- It is a very good way of staying focused and learn during the whole period. However, it was hard to know what was required and the goal was not clear. I think that it is good that you are hard when you correct them, this makes us take them seriously. We really put an effort into making them as good as possible, However, it is hard to know what you value, and it sometimes feel like a lottery with the points. Having said that, I really like the idea of having exam reports and I have learned a lot from it. » (very good)
- I think they are good, they get you thinking and you really have to formulate your opinions and research. When I look back on my exam reports they are all very clear to me, so I seem to remember at least 1-2 months later. » (very good)

- Yes and no. I would have liked doing it myself as well. It depends with whom you work with I guess. It is good to work together with new people, however, it is important that you want to reach the same goals. This can be hard sometimes. » (neutral)

- It was okay, but that does not mean I put in 30h effort (since they were 15P/100P), but maybe 20 hours in total. But I guess that depends on who you ask. I must say however that the grading of the exam reports can be questioned, The instructions states some specific questions, and by answering them in a good way you should receive no penalty. But when you get the report back from Blinge, he has his own way of correcting the reports, for example using "problem description", which is not always explicitly stated in the instruction of the assignment. Blinge then gives some points penalty to something not asked for by the "CEO" in the assignment. I think it should be stated more clearly!» (okay)
- The work load was very high, but I think the main reason for this was that it was hard to know what was valued. I spend many hours on reading and writing them, but I am not sure if I did put my energy on "right things". However, I enjoyed doing them!» (too much)

- This was the hardest one. It was hard to understand what the goal was, and as it was the first one we didn"t have any routine doing it. It might be good to have a clearer goal for the first one. Maybe even have four instead of three, and make the two first one easier, just to get used to it maybe. »

- This was my favourite one. I really enjoyed the subject and it was interesting to read all articles. »
- If one compare this to the 1st, I was awarded less for a work I actually thought was better than the previous. Very hard to fit all measures in 1500 words, with both introduction, analysis and a recommnedation. In this case the key was hard to follow»

- This was also very interesting. We read a lot for this one, and this really kind of summarized the course in a good way. I really enjoyed writing this one!»
- Have not received the comments at this time, hard to say if it was difficult or not. I think it was good, however it is very hard to know what Blinge want us to focus on in the report. It is a little bit of a guessing game.»

- Learning outcome! Hard work, but I learned a lot from doing them!»

- you start thinking about it and not only reading or learning by heart. By telling the story on your own the effect of learning is improved»

- the calculations were a bit painfull be necessary to unerstand better.»
- Hard to know how it will be valued. We have not got it graded yet, so early to know about that. »

- They have been good, but better handling of the PPs, cleaner grading. Also I want to emphasise that the order or timing of the lectures could have been better. For some lectures, e.g. the one about city logistics, the lecture was quite late and everyone had already almost finalized their exam reports before that. It felt like that should have come earlier. I think this was true also for the external cost lecture. Furthermore, the first lecture was quite early and out of the blue. It would have been better with a more thourough introduction of LCA instead of going into calculations so soon» (Good)

- It is an interesting course where you actually do learn and keep things in mind rather than just study last minute for an exam and later on forgetting a lot. The guest lectures were great and gives an interesting perspective of sustainability. » (Yes)

33. Additional comments

- Having real case companies is a great change from last year, and the idea to have small companies is also good. However, Kning Disk was in my opinion too small, with only one person working with it and with more or less no profit. It was hard to apply several topics for the company, change management etc. It was a challenge and fun to work with Kning disk, I learnt a lot, but yet, the size of the company should be more appropriate in accordance with the assignment. Overall, the course was one of the best during my master studies so far!»
