But unfortunately the lecture notes do not include relevant information about the project, for example it is almost impossible to know whether the results (graphs) from the assignments are correct or not, and some of the questions in the assignments have to be guessed since the answers cannot be found on lecture notes or through searching on the internet.» (some extent)

- It is really hard to know if the Matlab results (graphs) are correct or not, since there are nothing to compare the results with. Some of the questions in the assignments cannot be found in the lecture notes, so instead the answers have to be guessed. The guessing does not help in the learning process.» (small extent)
- I thing that I would learn more if we had one bigger assignment where we preferm CFD simulations like we did in the CFD course.» (some extent)
- Both Matlab assignments are just mean to discuss the plottnings and explain the behaviour of curves from a cleared simulation data, which seems not really relevant to "modelling", dvs not really to model the turbulence but more of a backward job(explain the theory from simulations, not simulate with the help of different methods/algorithms).» (some extent)

Med det här nya sättet att benämna tids medelvärdeting och filtrering, kanske borde introducerats rätt redan i trean, eller är det här nån egen variant? Fast uppgiften var en fyra veckors svordomsramsa tycker jag ändå att jag fick bättre koll på hur man analyserar data och håller koll på 3 dimensioner samtidigt. » (large extent)

Genomsnitt: 3.78 (bidrar till totalt genomsnitt/jämförelseindex) - The course gave different theories and methods of modelling turbulence, which is very relevant and useful, however the assignment 1 and 2 are more of an understanding and discussion of differences between different models, not really to model turbulences with different methods. In this way I and some of my classmates think this can be a little bit boring :P Otherwise everything is just useful and appropriate. » (Fair)
- It is hard to see why it is of such great importance to learn to derive all equations. It would be more interesting to focus on where the diferent models are preferalbe and so on.» (Adequate)

- The assigmnents, I think one bigger assignment where one or more different turbulence models should be programed in Matlab. This to get a bigger understanting about what and why some of the terms need to be modelled. And how it workes.»
- The lecture notes should be improved so it is easier to understand. And especially to have more graphs and information which corresponds to the assignments. »
- I would like some more practical understanding and applications, maybe some assignment where one can implement an own model (instead of many small tasks in each assignment). There could maybe be one assignment of each type, one with many small tasks to get an understanding of the theory (then I would prefer assignment 2) and one with a single larger task to write an own program (something like in the CFD course). »
- The length of the assignments. They could be divided into more parts to be handed in and they could be less repeated.»
- I like the lectures. It gives a lot of insight. But sometimes, it goes too random that I get lost. And it was the case with other students also.»
- Make the exam mandatory. I atleast felt that I had an insufficient understanding of the material from only doing the assignments.»
- Maybe the Assignment 1 and 2 can be improved, t.ex. to code an/part of an algorithm to simulate a turbulence with Matlab/ANSYS etc. However this can be tough that it takes time and students may not make it before deadline. Hard to control.»

- Also I think it should be more focus on when different models can be used. Where are different models week and strong respectively?»
