- Great course!»
- Work effort depends mainly on individual expectations, ambitions and interest. The course framework and the very positive teaching approach allows students to be more self-directes and conveys a feeling of comfort. Learning does thus come from personal commitment and interest, what in general is good and fits to the DCPM program pedacogical approach. Neverthless, in an international context - as this course as tought me - different culutral backgrounds of students entail that a few prefer/need a rather strict and closed assignment specification as well as supervision. I personally, however, appreciate the way the course has been carried out.»

- The application of theory into the project is really good and the administration is really good (even better than the administration when the course leader is located in Göteborg).»

3. What elements of the course should definitely remain?

- All of it. As it is.»
- Project consultation, personal teaching approach, knowledge is transfred best with a flavour of passion and personal stories.»
- Group meetings with the teacher were very helpfull and gave a chance for getting direct feedback.»

- More lectures. Both Phil and Bill have really interesting lectures and I would have like to have more both in regard of academic references to the subjects and their experience from working within an international context.»

5. What, if anything, do you think should be changed in the course?

- The consultation meetings with the teacher are a good opportunity to figure out wheather the group work is on track. In general, (these) frequent feedback-loops would constitute a major improvement to other courses on the DCPM program. However, I would prefer if these meetings are held in regard to a predetermined topic or limited aspects of the group work. By doing so, it may enables the teacher and student to enter deeper and more qualititve discussions as the overall amount writing is quite extensive.»

Matrisfråga

- Phil is a great teacher and lecturer. We get a good view of the "real life" business environment. The fact that we don"t use set literature in the form of textbooks is also positive since we don"t get locked into that. Furthermore, Bill Britain is a very good lecturer as well. Both of them use their own experiences in business and strategy witch is much more useful than listening to professors that only seem to use literature as a basis to the education.»
