- Even though theres no exam you needed to prepare for the lectures and be participative in the classroom. I perceive the workload of the course to be on a good level with a high degree of different kinds of work» (Adequate/fair)
- It was constantly colliding with the other exercises from other courses. And we were unable to plan that since we did not know what the exercises was about. WE got the exercises very late.» (Rather heavy)

- I think there where some discussion which became a bit long and uninteresting for the class as a group. It is highly emphasized in the course with open discussion but sometime especially the first two weeks the discussion became to wide and of subject for the general interest and I think it could have been moderated in a better way. » (Rather good)
- Very engaged students that provided with lots of questions and examples. The "active contribution" points probably infuelced in the combination of the group dynamics.» (Very good)

6. To what extent has the teaching been of help for your learning?

- Enjoyed all the examples from Flemming and Sanne.» (Great extent)
- I think that one of the most important learning experience for me in this course is the experience shared by you teachers. Without the insights from real experience a lot of the frameworks would become platitudes.» (Great extent)

7. To what extent has the course literature and other material been of help for your learning?

- I think that the course literature is quite easy to read but it does not explain the theoretical frameworks used in a very good way which makes it hard when trying to use the book to analyze cases and group work. For example was the explanation of the E and O theory highly unsatisfactory. Further as you already know it is inconvenient to not be able to obtain a printed version of the book. » (Small extent)

8. To what extent do you think your learning during this course is valuable for your future working life?

- I think that the course has developed abilities to better analyze organizational situations and to better see ones own position in future group works. However I do not think I will be able to take use of theories presented in the course in future working life. Possibly I will see the course as an introduction to the theories that exist and I have a extended view of what I would need to learn more about.» (Large)

9. What should definitely be preserved to next year?

- hte intimate classes. »
- The tower building exercise !!! »
- shorter lectures hours can be more appreciated, it can be very long to sit from 8:30 to 4-5 .. it can reduce excitement»
- The combination of the professors, the lecture plan, the whole day activities. »
- I think the Morgan presentation was good.»

10. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Teachers was rather defensive some time. »
- nothing i can come up with, most of the things worked very good /excellent»
- The book!»
- Just keep up the good work.»
- The test to encourage reading of the book is no good according to me. Some of the questions from earlier year that I practiced on where hard to answer even using the book. I think there are better ways of encouraging reading. Maybe an idea could be to hand in short summarize instead. »
- Flemming"s I know it all attitude. And he should talk faster and more concise. He doesn"t have to use several synonymic adjectives to describe a word. And he is slightly too absolute for the approach this course wants to take. A great deal of different opinions are wrong according to him.»
- Change the grade 5 requirement from 86 points to 80 points!»

- thanks for the nice time during this course, i loved how two teachers cooperated and hold lectures like a dual conversation, very interesting and appealing! »
- Flemming is really knowledgable, but sometimes he stalls a subject with the result of lost interest from the students. »
- Honestly, thank you for the outermost best course that I"ve learn a lot about myself, my fellow classmates and humans in general and got to dig into a really exciting area. Great contrast and addition to other more technical courses, gives my master of science degree a relevant and wider perspective. Good job!»
- To next year I think you should consider a more tough time management. Sometimes the discussions became to open and wide and I think the insights from Flemming was really good but in many times they came at the end when there was little time. »
