Genomsnitt: 2.26

- I cannot understand on what the correction of the examination has been based. I have read the book, the articles, I have been very implicated in the project and still I received a 3. I consider that my post-mortem report, as well as my written examination were very a proof of me reaching the goals of the course, but it seems not and I cannot understand why. Maybe it would be better to specify exactly what the purpose of the examination is in relation with the goals of the course.» (No, not at all)
- The question I think in general was very broad and it was very hard to tell which aspects of the issues that was important enough to try to wrap into the answer.» (To some extent)

- I felt that some of the lectures have been more or less a waste of time. The amount of information transmited through the lecture was very small compared to the actual time of the lecture. - While reading the book for the exam I had to laugh at times. The course book gives the impression of a diary written by a CSler who worked in various situations and wanted to persist his perceptions/observations. Finding valuable facts needed for the exam in the book seemed hard at times.» (Small extent)
- Only the videos were quite helpful.» (Some extent)
- I felt that reading the book gave a great insight into Agile Development. On the other hand, the articles were not of too much help.» (Large extent)

- <3 GITHUB» (Very well)
- Please, to all teachers: use github for course material. Doing a $ git pull to update all your material instead of going to a website and finding the pdfs is just so much better!» (Very well)
- The github repo was an excellent idea!» (Very well)
- GitHub fitted the practical part of the course, but PingPong could have been used just as well.» (Very well)

Adequate»6 23%
Good»12 46%

- The lectures were disappointing.» (Fair)
- To much focus on developing a app and not Agile» (Adequate)
- The examination did not match the material presented during the course. » (Adequate)
- I really enjoyed the project!» (Good)
- It was missing some more Lectures on the Agile Processes rather guest lecturers, » (Excellent)

15. What should definitely be preserved to next year?

- The areas covered in testing»
- less android focus»
- The project was really good, the guest lectures as well»
- Gust lectures»
- Mobile Application development projects using agile methodologies, every student must use GIT tools, Pivotol tools , also if it possible to add Continuous Integration tools for example Jenkins or Cruise-control or Hudson , will be great, Team work , More Lectures and workshop , but small guest lectures »
- The project»
- - that the project is about developping an Android app in an agile environment - the high amount of guest lectures hold by representatives of various industries»
- A project, iOS and Android as a choice. Open scope and using Agile Processes in a group.»
- All materials are good.»
- - The style of the exam. »
- The project part should be kept but reworked. »
- The project: gives better understanding of the methodology through practice.»
- Morgan and the "new" Emil.»
- The way the course is performed is really good. I don"t think there should be any changes in the process.»
- The way that the course was being taught. Remember to be agile in this course with the students as the course name itself it is Agile.. This year was really agile and I liked that»
- The project and the book»
- Teachers»

16. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- The weekly workshops could be improved with the ability to get better help.»
- more android help»
- Maybe have more introduction lectures about different agile practices in the beginning. »
- Better connection between the lectures and the project. Some follow up workshops about the project. Focus less on feature development and push more towards trying out new processes.»
- More ordinary lectures»
- nothing as such , »
- The exam! Another form would be more suited. Maybe discussion seminars with hand-ins or something.»
- - more lectures: details about eXtreme programming, Kanban and other agile processes, soft skills like team building, communication, ... »
- The explanation on git could be better. Our group knew how it works due to earlier use but some groups got really frustrated. From my experience it is important to understand git from a macr and micro perspective to understand it benefits and not blindly hating it. The slides could be better here imho.»
- The type of the project we did in course project»
- - There should be a clearer communication in the beginning of the course about the percentage of the exams/ project/ and postmortem report»
- The project is not working as intended when doing it as 7.5 credit course. For the first the project should not take up 7.5 credits when it in fact only applies on 3 (or 4.5). The time spent on the project should match the credits! The other points should be lectures on agile theory and not just forgotten and suddenly tested on the exam. We had to study outside the project to be able to pass the exam and we were supposed to spend full time developing our app. The project part didnt work well and we didnt get to try a "real" agile process since all of us had other courses to attend to. We could never met. More times should be scheduled and groups should be better formed. Maybe the questionaire could be about something that matter to creation of groups and not as crappy as it was now... did you guys even read it? More theory or workshops about agile. Customer meeting should be longer and it would be nice if the customer gave feedback and changes. It felt like it only worked like a check of user stories and not a feedback meeting. »
- Unsure if a greater part of the grade should be based on the project: after all, it"s a learning and experimenting process, a chance to become familiar and comfortable with agile. So it seems appropriate to, for example, have a post-mortem report with a heavy weight on the final grade (like it"s been the case). It"s good one"s grade doesn"t depend on the ability of co-working with 5 other unknown people (although my experience was good, I reckon it could go totally wrong).»
- Practical part. An Android project was a good thought but I feel like it was not the right fit for this course. The complexity of Android tended to overshadow the Agile parts. Instead, have a simpler project (web page or something) next year where the customer requests more changes than this year. Also, reduce the project workload and add seminars where we actually discuss Agile based on articles (and other material) we have read. Jan Wickenberg can tell you all about how to manage good seminars.»
- The Kanban lecture was on the last lecture of the course. It should have been much earlier.»
- I don"t have any suggestions»
- The rest of the reading material, besides the book. The content of the lectures should be changed as well. How the exam is going to be corrected should be clearly specified»
- More clear information about the overall grade and the different parts.»

17. Additional comments

- More lectures, more focus on the agile stuff and more examples just nog lecturing about the things thats on wikipedia»
- it was Great learning experience course and very enjoy full development »
- Create a 15Credit course. The concept might work better if students study the course full-time.»
- I was very disappointed from the lectures because we had just a few real lectures and during the lectures the lecturer lost often focus. »
- none»
- - I like Morgan"s enthusiasm and he showed that he really cared for students" learning experience. - Emil is a super TA and I feel he could be a super lecturer also.»
- This course gave us an opportunity to work in a not real situation with agile development. It was to much focus on learning android and to develop something and the meaning of the course were often forgotten. The course didnt give much for the exam and the knowledge were mostly gained from self studies I still like the course, the subject is very interesting and useful. There are however still some flaws. »
- It was a nice course and I liked it a lot. Professor Ericsson and Emil did a very good job.»
- Keep on with the agile way of teaching!»
- Not a singel 5 right? Pretty strange... »
