- The home exam took really a lot of time and is not even finished yet. Furthermore there will be an oral exam in addition. And the lectures ended late most of the time.» (Around 30 hours/week)

- We could do the home exam together, what was definitely good because otherwise you"d never be able to finish in time. But we didn"t have the oral exam yet, so so far there was no individual examination.» (I don"t know/have not been examined yet)

- But the home assignments and the home exam came out late, so the deadlines given on the homepage were often extended and were therefore not reliable, what is really bad if you want to plan your time.» (Rather well)

- I think that the course should extend over two study periods. It is a lot of conceptual more difficult parts than other courses.» (Good)
- But you shouldn"t try to fit more in than it is possible in the given time. That is just frustrating for the students because the subject is really interesting but you get the feeling that you will never be able to do all of what you recommended or finish all we should do or check, because this is not the only course we need to do.» (Good)

- Daniel, keep your way of teaching, one can really see that you like the subject and that you try to give us the most information possible and that you want us to be excited about the subject too! The exercise classes were really helpful.»

- More exercise classes»
- Not go over time so often. Keep the examination within the examination week and definitely not extend it far out in the new period. »

16. Additional comments

- Daniel"s handwriting could get very sloppy when the time started to run out. At some points Daniel would erase a blackboard almost immediately after filling it. Daniel is an excellent lecturer, and these are only minor annoyances.»
- Maybe be not that picky in correcting the home assignments (and probably the home exam). It is a bit frustrating if you loose a lot of points for formal things even if the problem is solved correctly. It does not really make sense from a students position, if one has to show all the things we use for solving a problem, even if they were shown during the lectures or in the exercises or in Weinberg. It feels like making the problems longer than necessary.»
