Genomsnitt: 1.77 - A lot was repetition for us in MPSES. I don"t think it"s a good idea to combine us with the master students who hasn"t read any thermodynamics (so it seemed. I think the topic of this course was really interesting and I would have wanted to learn more than we did» (No, the goals are set too low)

- It would be better if the material (especially course literature) could be handed out earlier than in the same week. It was sometimes hard to find everything on the web page that belonged to a certain topic in the course.» (Rather badly)

- It was hard to find things sometimes and the lecture slides were put up sometimes and sometimes not. I think that in week three there was nothing since the lecturer used OH-sheets instead. Then it was hard to go through that material afterwards. I understand why the posting of the exercises turned into a mess, since we asked for them and you had to arrange that in short time but there was a lot of mistakes in both qustions and answers and the whole thing was pretty confusing. But I think that next year it won"t be like that.» (Rather badly)
- It is important that each student can plan their own pace of studying, all the litterature should"ve been posted at pingpong at once. That is the first week.

- The workload changed during the course, with nothing to do in the beginning and much more at the end when it bacame clearer what we were supposed to know regarding different kinds of calculations. » (High)

- Jan(I think that"s his name) was really hard to follow, he was both unstructured and spoke with a low voice. It would be good if you post the exercises at ping-pong from the beginning of the course. Or at least the same week as the lectures for every part. I undertand that it might not be possible but I don"t think that masterstudents with such different backgrounds should take the same course.»
- Split the course, one for the MPSES programme, one for the other. Introductory lecture so we get the scope of the course. Better communication between the different people teaching the course. Had been even been better to have a single teacher, and the other to do calculation classes. Split the lectures into 2 hours lecture, then 2 hours exercise, instead of 4 hours of lectures. No point to have it that way.»
- - Fewer lecturers (The lecturing was a bit repetitive).
- Reduce the amount of lecturing hours. Lectures about solar and district heating are more or less completely unneccesary.¨,
- The mentality that "the course has to be for everyone", like exchange students with a different background. All other courses has requirements of background and a lot of the focus in this course was on things that we alreday knew. Less basic information, listen to the students and find out what background the majority has. If this is not possible, inform people of a certain background what lectures that are repetetive so we don"t have to spend time on lectures that we already have taken in another course.
- More calculation excercises, starting way earlier in the course.
- Focus on thermal comfort/discomfort, fans, introducing the use of different diagrams by doing excercises.
- Make the literature available all at once.
- maybe take another look on if some of the litterature is really necessary (like legionella information), since we have that in class.

By that i mean that calculation examples should be
repeated. If a heater is installed, how does it affect the system
and how will it be shown on the stochmeter diagram?
What happen when a cooler is installed.
These were jus examples how i think those who
dont have background in this field wilm find easier. »

- Interesting lectures, but you listen more efficient if you have a project or a "dugga" to finnish within soon compared to an exam in 5 weeks...»
- Please reasses if this course can be moved from obligatory to semi obligatory and therefor DIEE can be transfered to obligatory.»
- Overall this course was good. And all the lecturers were good, but Jan was a bit messy. »
- We were specifically told that we didn"t need to know how to calculate questions like number 8 on the exam, we were just told that we needed to understand what happened when changes like these were made. It would have been ok if we had some exercises on those problems and it would have been clear that we should know it, but we were told several times that we didn"t need to know how to calculate these types of questions.»

- Overall interesting course, but should be delivered better prepared, and better delivered.»
