What elements of the course should definitely remain?- Guest lectures»- The group work» - The tasks and the homeexam as well as the lectures on mondays.» - The structure: full mondays, hand in on friday.» - a lot of guest lectures» - Guest lectures, but contents should be improved according to master level. This information given was so common, almost everything was known.» - The group tasks. » - guest lecturer were very good. please keep max!» - All parts!» - Max"s lecture» - All of them, except the CV part.» - -» - working in groups» 4. Were there any elements missing in the course?- Some sort of guidence where the group could reflect upon their work with a supervisor.»- Information in early stages of the course what was expected and how the different parts of the course was weighted.» - No» - Yes, lectures and contents of the course were not up master level standards.» - Maybe also a lecture with a "experienced leader" from a company.» - More listening focus, check out Kent Adelmann» - It Would be interesting to get practitioners perspective on leadership as well.» - -» - establishing groups based on differences» 5. What, if anything, do you think should be changed in the course?- The exam»- Requirements for the group assignments might have been more specific» - The whole course should be revised, the course leader should bring something new, the valuable and practical and useful. Not CV evaluation» - It felt sometimes like that the lectures were to much like eachother. The same subject could be talked about in more then one or two lectures.» - The CV part.» - The level of this course is very low, the teacher focused more on grammar than on actual content and reflections. Also, as reading the "best" paper of the week, it was sometimes extremely weird choices, and it seems that Christine liked when people put a lot of words down rather then focus on the actual content. After 1 week all respect and credibility for Christine was gone. Some guest lectures were OK, but as there was no "red thread" between these, there were an extreme amount of repetition and a lack of interest arose quickly. I think this course needs a total makeover.» 6.
