- - The teacher was the worst teacher I have ever had in my life.
- The teacher could not be able to clarify and teach even very simple stuff.
- What he taught was not even useful to do the example sheets.
- He did not answer any of my emails and for talking to him face to face, one needs to waite centuries.
- I had a question about one of the first example sheets. So I sent him 3 emails to ask his idea. He did not answer none. Instead I asked the same question from a well-known professor in USA, which is much more busier than him (for sure). Though, he was not my teacher, the day after he answered me and helped me (such a shame for Chalmers)» (Small extent)

- - The copied lecture notes are waste of paper and money for Chalmers. For God sake, just have a look at that. A hand-written papers which the hand writing cannot be read properly. The quality of the copies are terrible.
- At first, I spent long time to use lecture note to solve the example sheets, but it was useless. So I read the book and I used internet.
- A typed lecture note must be prepared for this course, not this waste of paper.» (Some extent)

- - One cannot find any useful link or stuff about the course content in the webpage. If one surfs other webpages of the courses, would be able to read and find lots of scientific stuff and lots of clues and helps. But the webpage of this course is not scientific and helpful at all.» (Very badly)
- The only drawback is that not only was the two last examples sheets remade (what seemed) hastily, but the scores for them were changed only a day or two before the deadline. This made it difficult to plan the effort made.» (Rather well)

1-teacher,he is not very expert in teaching , he confused during the lecture , I"m not sure he has enough knowledge in given area. He can improve his way of teaching by very simple last night review of what he plan to say tomorrow.
2-home problems, within the 5 years(as far as i know maybe earlier) the home problems didn"t change, or if, they"ve were subjected to very minor change. is it fair? as long as Swedish student can have solution from upper level friends while foreign student should deal with such difficult problem (I will explain the word "DIFFICULT " later on) in same period of time.
I should add that you , as a teacher,can ask about problems if you learn the relevant stuff about that. But Bernhard Mehlig , doesn"t put himself in difficulty and just gives irrelevant problem which in first glance looks like a very difficult. In reality they are not difficult if you , as a student, has a good references or good teacher to learn subject, before be exposed to evaluation.
3-correction of home problems. how it is possible when All other examination which happened at Chalmers university are corrected as a anonymous, but the example sheet in this course (and the other Bernhard Mehlig"s course) does not follow the rules of university ? why when I have a same solution with my classmate, they earn more score than me ? why the points of solution, is not predefined(as usual should be) ? Why there is no structure of scoring ? why the examiner (assistant ) is young person with a little racist inclination and no experience ? how such a person can decide on destiny of people ? I should remind that student spend Time and Energy.
4-assitant , it would be better you add this question in your survey that "how many "problem aid" session has been happened during the quarter? is he available for your question ?"
most of the swedish people has a solution from previous years, it"s not very necessary such a extra aid meeting.

Additional comments- Generally , maybe , Bernhard Mehlig is a good researcher, But certainly he is not good teacher. he is as much as lazy that even he did not change the problem sheet, because, I know if a teacher want to continue his teaching, his/her class should have outcome. How a teacher can have outcome ? he/she should consider very basic principle of teaching , such as be updated , have enough knowledge about area, spend a lot of time to resolve the problem of student, has a commitment to sure about the average understanding of the class.These all obtained by being active teacher , in this way , there is no concern if teacher change the problems each year , because he/she is sure about his/her effort in class and when you treat well, you will see your result. but Bernhard Mehlig himself knows he didn"t care enough about the class, so only remain way is instead of giving new problem, going to find better references , writing readable lecture notes,instead, each year giving repetitive question and be happy about Guaranteed accepted people(Result)!»
- 1- Teacher of the course must correct the example sheets not the course assistant. He is not elligible to do so. But in this course the course assistant was the king to give people scores.
2- Example sheets must have been corrected Anonymously but it was not like that and unfortunately not by the teacher but by the course assistant.
3- The Example sheets got corrected in a very unfair way. Deducting lots of points without any reasonable reasons just by course assistant sense, who is not elligible and knowlegeable enough to do so.
4- I felt kind of racistic behavior from course assistant side. Because of the time and grades he gave to Swedish students in comparison with others. You can check the average grade of Swedish and non-Swedish students in this course.
5. There are some course and teachers in Mathematics department that can teach this course. I just can suggest that, they do teach this course not Mr. Busy Bernhard»
