- Obviously, master level courses in math (!) result in problems for bachelor level students (from Industriell Ekonomi). While I understand differentiated courses are costly, there should be some difference between last year math master students and second year I-students.» (No, the goals are set too high)

- Actually, the examinations were great and the group projects made the course interesting. They fully assessed whether we have reached the goals or not (although plagiarizing is always possible).» (Yes, definitely)

Genomsnitt: 2.75 - As said, the web page is awful. I understand this is probably not intended, however I know there are better ways of designing course web sites without knowing a single bit of HTML. The biggest improvement here would be a checklist of all projects we needed to hand in. Under each project, the information for the project would be presented (literature, deadlines, goals). Lecture notes, course material and general information could be gathered in the top. A single page would have accomplished all this, without making it a complete maze.» (Very badly)

- Would have wanted more help with matlab. More help with how to code, we all have very different pre-knowledge.» (Rather good)

- As a student from Industriell Ekonomi, I had a harder time understanding all the math. We hade the opportunity to set up workshops with the teacher or other helpers, which was of great help. However, if this were to be mandatory, I think it would be of even better help. In our cases, we just asked the teacher and set up a meeting, everybody did not need to show up and there were only Q&A:s, no extra help.» (Rather good)

- It is a really good course. I have repeated myself in saying that I-students don"t have the full understanding of math at this level. However, this ceased to be a problem as soon as we got help and worked together. The course could still benefit from a little bit of differentiation though, where theorems and proofs could be of less significance during lectures, promoting examples and real life applications instead.» (Good)

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?- Ta bort redovisningarna och de individuella kommentrerna av Reading Project, det tar mycket mer tid än det ger kunskap. Lägg hellre in ett tekniskt projekt till så att man faktiskt lär sig något mer än att uppskatta en kvantil. Gör instruktionerna till det först tekniska projektet MYCKET TYDLIGARE!!! Om du ska ha medvetet otydliga instruktioner (vilket i säg är en dålig idé) så får du förstå att alla tolkar det helt olika (det verkar som om du har en ganska exakt bild av vad du vill ha) eller ställa en mer verklighetsbaserad frågeställning i stil med "Hur stor andel av ditt kapital vågar du satsa i detta företag? Motivera med hjälp av VaR"»
- The web page (!). Also, the individual fortunetelling should either be ditched, or more information should be given as to how it should be done.»
