15. What should definitely be changed to next year?- I think that the order of the lectures could be changed to benefit the students more. Because of the great importance of doing all the exercises in the book before the exam-studying it would be very beneficial to have the more hands on lectures in the beginning and the more "fun facts" lectures like to one on chocolate and LCA/sensory analysis that you don"t have any exercises connected to them.»
- If the teacher goes through the problems during the lectures, just one or two difficult problems it would be really helpful.»
- The laboratories are really short and poor according to me, 3 in one afternoon is not enough»
- More time and emphasis should be given to the calculations part rather than just having two sessions of question and answers. It would be much better if the instructor went through the exercises also too. »
16. Additional comments- It would be helpful if the lecturers would go through 1 or 2 exercises from the book right after/in connection to the lecture to get a better idea of practical use of what they talked about. The only one who did that was the man who talked about mass transport. »
