- Some lectures gave the feeling that they didn´,t give so much. Example. Slides with "cool/interesting" pictures that everyone knew what it was. Slides/blackboard calculations that not manny understood because too hard and to fast presenting.» (100%)

- It was more control theory that i thought in the begining. Since my background/master are Product development, it was not what i preffered. A more overview system thinking, or that you could shoos a area to digg in to, instead of getting forced to learn something you rather not. - The examn was shit. It contained excersises/formulation not included in the course. How many understand the OP amplifier? Excersise nr.5 was set to high. I dont know anyone who passed it. It was error in the spelling, formulation and humongous printing error. I hate that kind of disturbance on an examn. It was non professional and did"nt reflect the course. It should be more bonus points from the handins. Shame on Jonas for a shitty course» (No, not at all)
- I followed the lectures, passed all labs and solved all recommended problems, yet I failed the exam!» (No, not at all)
- The question about the OP-aplifire were way out (10 points of 50) since it wasn´,t included in the required pages in the course book. Else they were good devided. It would have been perfect if the Op-amp question had been more consentrated on sensor knowledge.» (To some extent)
- The laborations was good but the exam only covered a small part of the course. For example the exam didn"t cover either different sensor or motor types which is a major part as the course. Furthermore some of the questions on the exams required that you searched through the papers and then just wrote down the answers, I don"t see how this can show what you have learned during the course.» (To some extent)

- Att inte få ut lösningar eller åtminstone svar till de övningsuppgifter som rekomenderas är riktigt dåligt! Om man är osäker, som många har varit under den här kursen, så kan det vara riktigt bra att få tillgång till lösningar så att man kan följa samtliga steg i lösningsprocessen! Tyvärr gör jag bedömningen att det är snarare lathet än påstådda pedagogiska vinningar som ligger bakom att vi inte fick lösningar till problemen. Institutionen kanske skulle planera lite bättre så att arbetsbördan på kursledare inte blir mer än vad de klarar av! Det kan nog även vara en bra idé att se över engelskakunskaperna på institutionerna, kanske genom en tenta, för att se vilka som behöver träna mer. För jag kan tänka mig att det inte är så lätt för en utbytesstudent med annat modersmål än svenska att förstå föreläsaren när den står och talar "svenska... fast med engelska ord" » (Some extent)

For next year it would be better if the teachers showed how to solve more questions on the board and handed out solutions so that you can know if you have done right. This year many students didn"t do any problems until last week because it was hard getting started. - Det är ju lite tråkigt att flertalet gånger få höra från Jonas Sjöberg att man mer eller mindre endast i nödfall skall kontakta lärarna på kuresen för att fråga om hjälp. » (Very poor)

- Inlupparna var mycket tidskrävande och något dåligt formulerade. Det gör inget om en inlupp är svår, men den skall vara entydigt formulerad! Vad gäller dimensionering av växellåda och DC-motor uppgiften så hade Jonas och Nikolce olika uppfattningar om vad det var som egentligen skulle göras! Och det är ju lite tråkigt, har någon på institutionen testat mjukvaran för detta och verifierat resultaten på en verklig motor och växellåda?» (Too high)

- The prerequisites for this course says nothing about prior knowledge in simulink and the programming language C, simulink is a large part of the course.» (Poor)

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- The problem solving. The exam will include a lot of problems, but we have practically NO solutions.»
- The name of the course implies that it should be less theoretical with concrete examples. Strange that i haven"t seen any problem solution dring the whole course, in fact during problem solving sessions the teacher"s assistant is forbidden to solve problems on the black board. The course litterature dosen"t provide alot of problem solutions either.»
- Föreläsningarna och övningarna borde vara bättre organiserade. Jag skulle ha behövt få mer informationer om första inlämningen och tidigare.»

- There should be problem solving sessions where teachers show how to solve problems. Than it would be easier for the students to try themselves without getting stuck at trivial problems. There should also be solutions or at least answers available to most of the problems.»
- Solutions to the exercises. I can"t understand that we couldn"t get that, since the supervisors had solved them, at least we could have goten the anserws. Way too much time was spent on the "papers". It could be a good thing to read but it didn"t have to take so much time from the lectures.»

- To much small projects in the course: 2 computer exercises (preparations and hand in report), 2 labs (alot of preparations and report if not completed during), 2 litterature reports and 1 oral presentation.»
- Att få handskrivet papper på tentan är trams!!!! Varför inte få ha tex kursboken istället? Nu blir det ju den som chansar rätt på vad som examinatorn tycker är viktigast som har nytta av sitt papper! »

- Nej! Det känns som att kursen planerats mycket hastigt. Och att föreläsaren knappt sett de slides han skall presentera på föreläsningen är ju inte annat än pinsamt! Man går på en av landets ledande högskolor och föreläsaren mer eller mindre skiter i kursen. När man som föreläsare blir förvånad över att powerpointpresentationen tar slut... ja, då kanske man borde tittat på den en gång till innan man ställer sig framför 100 pers och föreläser!»
