6. What do you think about the disassembly lab / assignments?

- Assignment 2 was a bit hard to understand»
- Both the assignments give a very good insight about the principles intended.»
- In assignment 1 some question were not clear. for instance, when the new point on the load map had to be chosen, I understood that the point should be for the engine speed corresponding to the speed for the mechanical transmission, some just picked the optimum bsfc.»
- More help with Matlab would be good, also a booked computer room.»

16. What should definitely be preserved to next year?

- Sven and Lucien. The engine disassembly. The book was also good.»
- I really liked the lecturer (Sven). He was making jokes in the lecture as well which were like ice-breaking between lecturer and students. I really liked the attitude to the students.»
- The integrity, the teaching methodology, the procedure of midterm.»
- Sven Andersson,the Disassembly and the both assignments. But on the first assignment, some part of it should be rephrased, it was not so clear. »

17. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Reading advice from the beginning and some measures to encourage the students to read the related chapters each week. Too much to study for the exam. Maybe some less important parts could be excluded. The calculation part could be a separate course, with separate study points. It could be optional for students not continuing with the advanced course.»
- The deadlines of the assignments were almost at the same time. There should be a bigger gap between them.»
- The problem solving sessions could be more organised and given more time so that students get help for more bonus points during mid term. »

- Possible introduction and experimentation with a dyno for better understanding of fundamentatals and some testing experience.»

- Instead of a final exam, I would have liked a small assignment (or a small test) each week. I would have like a "light" version of this course, not requiring as much work (but giving less study points).»
