- Little teaching and with bad timing. Much we had to figure out ourselves, but I guess that"s a learning process too. » (Small extent)

- Whilst the guest lectures throughout the course were very interesting at times they seemed quite detached from the course and it would have been nice for the course director to introduce each lecture and briefly explain the connection between the lecturer and the course and its course goals.» (Some extent)

- All the lecturers" slides should be available on PingPong, some were missing. » (Rather well)
- Though it took to long until some presentations were uploaded on the website, I had to talk to the course administor, the examinor and the guest lecture before something happened..» (Rather well)
- It was much improved compared to the earlier form courses, much better administration, clarity of tasks to be performed, etc.» (Very well)

- Had different expectations on the course outcomes.» (Rather poorly)
- There was a lot to do so the work had to be divided. We had some problems clearly defining our bike brand and the visual disign philosophy in a way that would make everyone work towards the same goal. » (Rather well)
- The group work went well though me and another student had to take much more responsibility for the different activities since the other ones did not have as strong industrial design background as us. Therefore we had to put more effort than we should have needed if all members had a design background. To change this it would be better to ensure that all students have the appropriate background and to split the new-commers equally in the groups.» (Rather well)

- A bit too much to do in the last part. But I guess that is due to unsupervised ambitions among the groups as well. » (Adequate)
- Difficulty in determining/understanding how detailed into each part of service we should go! For instance we had a believable service but not as strong visuals compared to other groups, so where is the line?» (High)

- As I have understood has previous years "only" had to design a product? To design a whole system, including products, website and other things were to much for just three weeks and focus to that extent that seems to be expected my the examinor, it was simply too much! (Though I like the idea of designing a service, perhaps the intital part can only take 2w to leave more time for the service?)» (Too high)

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Difficult to design an entire product service system in three weeks, challenging and exiting though. The analysis-part should maybe be shorter and the designing new product system a bit longer. The workshops with ToniMatti should have been done earlier in the course... »
- Perhaps more education, a more even workload, a less absent examinator and better coordination of what students are actually supposed to deliver. »
- Better define what is required from the second part. People were nervous of how th different projects were compared when it comes to grading.»
- Not have 3 supervisions in a row with different teachers so late in the process. More time for part 2 of the project would have been good too. And put all the workshops earlier so that they match where we are in the project.»
- aim the final prject more towards experimenting with applying brand values to design instead of producing tons of deliverables on a very extensive system»
- Eva Ossianssons lecture felt unnecessary and could be replaced More lectures on branding similiar to "Raysafe". E. g. how to find a unique approach and how to create a visual design philosophie for a large range of products. »

- more time to accomplish phase two, and less for phase one in compare. »
- The project was split 60/40 yet the mid-term was 50% of the way through the course suggesting its more of a 50/50 split. The supervision and Toni Matti"s workshops should be carried out earlier on in the course»
- Adjust the workload, since designing a whole service might take longer time than usual. 2,5 weeks are barely enough. Perhaps shorten Part 1 and give Part 2 3,5 weeks instead.»
- Teaching of the topics/tools useful to the project should be taught earlier than they were. A slightly earlier deadline and less emphasis on Part 1 would allow a more suitable time allowance for Part 2.»

- I think that the bike scheme was too extensive. It was quite CAD heavy (as could be seen in all groups) and I think that I also think that 8000 words was very limiting, it is very few words to first describe a whole company including history in, together with a new system. I felt that our report at least was lacking simply because we had to take away 2500 words even though we tried hard to restrain ourselves during the writing phase. »
- I would like to have more focus on the methods and tools for analyzing products within a certain brand (i.e. capturing the form language of that brand). The service design is really fun and a good idea but I think it can take a bit too much time. »
- I do not see any point in the individual infographic? Maybe it would be better if we had to write a page instead, it was very hard to illustrate the process..»
