- With one exception when it was very high at the point we received a list with a lot of methods to read up on in only one afternoon/evening before the "project in a day". Some of them we knew sure, but still that list could have been handed out earlier with the great advantage that the methods could have been learned more thoroughly in time for "project in a day".» (Adequate)

- That you always could ask questions, stupid or good ones without having a teacher to tell you to look it up yourself.»
- The workshop we had in the project between students. I have not done it in any other course and it was very helpful.»
- Exercises were very good prepared and we were getting support how to make them. I really liked that there was always complete and updated information on the website and we have all the slideshows online.»
- The teachers. The opportunity to have many guest lecturers.»

16. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Maybe provide more seats, spaces for students in Kuggen. It is kind of hard to follow a course in this room.»
- I would like to see some better structure. While the content of the individual lectures were good everything seemed somewhat random as a whole, same with the course material. I did not consider it to be a huge issue though.»
- less theory, and more practical things ! And definitely the workshop that had us work outside of Kuggen, like the "Vasttrafik" interviews-observations»
- The literatue list should coincide more with the exam. It"s not good when some exam questions ask thing that are not in the course literature. (Design process models)»
- I would have liked more lectures on theories regarding ethnographic research, like how to interview. Yes, there was some course literature on the subject, but one or two more lectures on it would have been nice. Maybe a guest lecture with someone who works with this?»
- Proposal: A methods list to read up on could be handed out early in the course.»
- the home exam. I think the grading should be done according to the projects done during the course. »
- * Anonymous home exam!!! * More feedback on different things. The project would be good to have some feedback atleast before the home exam. Otherwise hard to know what to focus on in the exam. * Important to have breaks! 45 min of lecture is maximun. Lectures that are longer are hard to concentrate on. »

- Maybe some tipps could be given on how to work with the literature. I would have had an easier time if I would have made notes on the literature to find key positions. I often remembered that I had read something but not the book or the position. This is very easy with Mendeley. I feel that I can now prepare myself much better for home exams now that I know how to use the software and what to look for in the literature.»
- Some parts of the course did not give me a serious impression. »
- Very good class. Will use much that I"ve learnt in the future!»
- I had impression that the course is well thought, organized and structured,the teachers were prepared for classes and responded to our comments. I think it was a great introduction to the programme.»
- It would be better have some sessions where students presenting their work to the other fellow students, and have open discussions on methods and solutions chosen.»
