9. What should definitely be preserved to next year?- good working atmosphere, great support from lecturers»
- Fish bowl, lego tower.»
- The general concept»
- The lecturers, the group exercises»
- The amount of activities in groups. Especially Lego Tower and Team Term Paper.»
- Lego-excersise. Morgan-presentations, however I do think you should change the rules around it slightly. The very absolute 20-minute mark caused several discussions to end prematurely according to me. I think if teams were just allowed to finish the discussions without worrying about time limits, it would have been better for everyone.»
- Bootcamp.»
10. What should definitely be changed to next year?- 8h lectures»
- negative, unexpected outcomes within class could be taken into consideration of learning model// being analysed, maybe a bit more visual experiences for people having visual memory»
- Multipul choice test. It does not show anything. You have to memorice every sentence in the book to get a good grade. Very unmotivating and also a litle bit strange when we before talked about motivation.»
- I believe that the grading system should be changed. I"ve found it very unjustified to have higher scores than the Chalmers standard and if has felt impossible to get a 5. Therefore, I have not given the hand-ins much effort, which is unfortunate. I believe this is a common feeling in the class.»
- Information before the course starts. Have one start-up lecture in week 1 to make all read earlier. MCT didn"t feel to give that much. Perhaps it is possible to examine the knowledge in an other way?»
- The Morgan assignment. Even if it is a exciting idea to use metaphores I do not see its potential in future work-life. But I like the format of the presentations and all that. So another assigment/case with the same format would be nice!»
- Be better at keeping breaks, it"s very important with such long days. Perhaps consider the possibility of making it one more workshop and making them range from 9-16 or something like that.»
- A earlier course intro so you get people going and to understand how it works. »

- very admirable and authoritative personalities, course could have even been set earlier in this programme, great experience, both intuitive and theoretical knowledge, maybe more attention should have been paid to human values whith both management/leadership and politics topics»

- I felt that the course lost its focus during the last sessions. I wanted more focus on change and less on creativity and politics. It felt like we went through all these three subjects briefly. It would be better to put emphasis on one of them instead!»
- Very fun and valuable course, however it can become a bit fluffy at times. Overall experience is without a doubt among the best courses I"ve taken»
