- Even though I believe the entire class is displeased with the structure of this assignment, I believe the learning outcome was good. The structure need to be changed however. I"ve discussed this with fellow classmates quite a lot, and what I (and more students with me) believe is good is the following: Instead of the project start in rw 3 or 4 or whatever it was, start RW1 with handing out assignment and create teams, and have the lecture scheduele matching the work process of the project, so that first part of listing customers and demands is done RW 1 or 2. And the project is already parted up in 5 or 6 steps. Make it possible to hand in each step and get feedback. This way step 1 is done RW2, step 2 in RW3 and so on. Basically, if this course content should be kept, look at the work process of the design work, plan lectures accordingly and give the possibility for feedback on each step every week. This will reduce the amount work we have to spend on looking in litterature and other non-value adding time, and more learning!» (Large extent)

- Put the propulsion part of this course together with the Ship resistance and computational hydrodynamics and for example put the CFD part in an own course. Include Monica Lunds part in the marine transport systems course.» (Poor)
- Every course where the content is too spread out really gets bad, if it"s not designed as a project course. Focus on project as suggested above. Have propeller theory in the end of the course and SPEND SOME TIME on the lay-out of the course. It really felt like this was a bunch of parts that needed to be in the master programme but not big enough part for an entire course. And same problem as a lot of the previous courses, it"s obvious that it"s the first time the course is run in with this content.» (Poor)
