What should definitely be preserved to next year?- The assignment 3 project idea is very nice. Reading and understanding a large Haskell project is good to get a better feel for how the language is used. Most assignment solutions are just small toy programs. »- The guest lectures on Feldspar and Agda should definitely remain.» 15. What should definitely be changed to next year?- The start and finish time of the project in assignment 3. Workload on the last week of the course: Lectures: 4 h Project: 20h Prepare for exam: 20h + Time to prepare for lectures and study the material from the lectures All but the most disciplined people will also have to do more work on the project the days just before the submission deadline. This is not a good solution. And it not a good solution to put the deadline after the exam either. The only acceptable solution is to plan the course so that the project is started earlier so that it can be finished in reasonably time before the exam. I consider a reasonable deadline to be ca one week before the exam, and a reasonable start time to be tree week before the exam. »- Last lab, too open ended» - No comment» 16. Maybe a course specific form would be better.»- There could be some suggestions for libraries that is interesting and could be extended for the last assignment.
