It can be teached by ARbetsförmedlingen, Unionen or Chalmers Careers etc...» It was clear to me what the learning outcomes of the course were

It"s a keeper for sure!»- The lectures with Max were really interesting. » - workshop, group assignments» - Having a large range of people teaching was great. It is possible to learn a lot with their different experiences. The venue is nice also, working in groups in such an environment is good.» - The workshops, the very good grading system of the assignments and the guest lecturers.» - The structure with workshops and work in groups» - Max lecture» - Most of the guest lectures are excellent.I think almost all of them are quite good. Especially Max"s part.» - lectures of Max Ricciardi, Roy Bartilson and Paul Chan» - Leadership, Management, Couching» - Nice with a lot of different good lecturers. I actually appreciated all of them very much. Started to write Paul and Ledarskaparna and realized that I wanted to continue with Andrew and Max as well. :) Also, the arrangement with workshops was very good. You got time to concentrate on a subject and the mix of lecture/exercises really improved my learning. I also liked the literature which was very interesting. » - Max"s and Paul"s presentations, the seminar-room at the science park» - -workshops -home exam -group works» - Guest lectures where in general very good.» - The workshop about the change in the organizations and the emergency leadership workshop» - All I guess.» - guest lectures» - Week assignment» 4. Were there any elements missing in the course?- No»- project» - Should be longer. Bigger variety of lecturers.» - no» - more group work during the lectures» - I don"t know.» - challenges for your own leadership and communication skills» - I think it covered a lot, it would have been interesting to learn more about a lot of the different areas but given the time limit I think it was really good. Better to cover a lot of areas than to go deeply into a few. » - More practical work assignments at the seminars.» - no» - Can"t think of any.» - Negotiation workshops» - Not really! » - No.» - Mord assignments» 5. What, if anything, do you think should be changed in the course?- Well... I believe that the course should be held over 2 study periods instead of just one in order to learn enough about the subject.»- Maybe it was a too long information session about the home exam. It would be enough with a half day for that. » - less hours for home exam class, because it was too long.» - Should be longer. External study visits should be included.» - too much writing causes stress and affect learnings level.» - the time of lectures was too long» - Some teachers are extremely theoretical, who makes the course not so interesting. Slide show is no fun, so more practical knowledge will be better. » - So far so good» - As I said it was generally good. The weakest link was Nancy"s workshop. The idea of writing a CV is good but I felt like I didn"t get very good response. Also, in the civil engineering bachelor we did quite a lot of technical writing so a lot of what she did had been covered earlier.» - Perhaps a more structured examination or an examination through the group assignments.» - home exam worked individually» - Maybe one more lecture about dark side of leadership.. Or half a day - Very interesting topic.» - I felt there was not enough feedback about the CV and Cover letter.» - Yes. Increase interaction between students and supervisors. This can be achieved through literature seminars on the book, etc » - more lectures.» - Home exam duration» 6. Which parts/elements of the course were the most important for your learning outcome?If there is anything missing in the list below, please let us know!
