- it was realy difficult to relate the lectures to the course outcome and the projekt. the only part that was good was when you got more practical and described hull design. But that was half of the last lecture...» (Small extent)

- Arash is really good and have put down a big effort for us students and he make the comp. exercises really good, but he works to slow during the tutorials. IIt needs to be atleast two pers. down with the sudents during comp. axercises.» (Small extent)
- The tutorials really were very bad, I"m sorry to say but almost every time there were questions unanswered or problems we didn"t have time for due to hick-ups in the solutions. » (Small extent)
- how can it e possible for a phd to not be abel to solve those exersises in 7 weeks, and still not explain them? it took one day to go through them. if you should have a tutorial you must have looked at the exercises before, then you would find out that there are no answers in the paper you are about to copy on the whiteboard. worst tutorials this far at chalmers.» (Small extent)

- All assignments except the last was done totally without understanding. The guide, number of computer.& licences was of course lacking. When starting with the assignments it is absolutely necessary that the knowledge necessary have been covered and also clarified during tutorial/assignment occasion.» (Small extent)

- I think the concept with the CFD part of the course being done by the computer assignments is really good. However the "big" last project would benefit a lot if more time was available. As it was now with about one week to finish we needed to rush it. I"m not very happy with what I managed to clump together those last few days. Later when we (finally) had time to study for the exam I learned more that would have been of help when doing the project. Maybe the project could be handed out very early in the course. Then you could start with the set-up in SHIPFLOW as you did the tutorials. That way, at the end, when the analysis and report is due the simulation is done and you have time for the part that require the more theoretical knowledge. » (Large extent)

- In the beginning I understood nothing, and it felt frustrating combined with all the technical problems we had no knowledge of. Allthough all these starting problems, in the end these computer assignments really helped me understand the big picture of the course. I will also say that Arash did a really great job helping out the class in everything that popped up.» (Large extent)

- For example the last tutorial questions was uploaded on friday when the exam was on monday. The computers lack of RAM, memory got full very quickly on some of the computers. » (Very badly)
- its NOT ok to hand out the theoryquestions 2 weeks before exam, calculation problems 1,5 week before exam, formula sheet 1 week before exam and on top of that a projekt that should exam half the course 1,5 week before exam. this affected the other course negative.» (Very badly)
