- I would say that most of us have already taken this kind of course (corresponding level) at a Bachelor level. That being said, it was REALLY valuable to hear experienced professionals talk about how it is performed in practice. More of the in-depth experience from lecturers and less of GenCon-basic-theory would be good for the future. In the same way, this course put a very heavy emphasiz on bulk. It would be nice to learn about other types of chartering as well, for instance liner trade, towing, specialized vessels etc - something that I kind of expect from a Master"s course.» (No, the goals are set too low)

- Very big exam, heavy amount of text required in order to answer the questions properly. Could either lower the amount of questions to get more quality in the answers or phrase the questions in a more narrow way. » (Yes, definitely)

- Would have appreciated more lectures from Anna/Martin. Don"t get me wrong, Palle is brilliant, but as it is now he is the course whereas Anna/Martin are just side-lecturers.» (Great extent)

- I missed forums in PingPong, for questions etc. Erik (ICC course) did this really well and managed to involve the whole class"s attention, so his model would be good to learn from. Especially as there were not many lectures in this course.» (Rather badly)

- Overall adequate workload, but poorly distributed. The first study period we had nothing to do since the assignment (which in itself is pretty heavy) was not presented until at the end of the course.» (Adequate)
- We could have been given the assignement earlier in the course. Generealy the worklaoad during the study period has not been level. » (Adequate)
- But with a bad balance, not much to do in the first four weeks(no instructions for assignment available). A lot to do the last 4 weeks with study for the exam and programming and calculations in excel. » (High)

- I really liked the course, because the lecturers were brilliant. However, the course itself deals with rather basic stuff and is very limited in what type of shipping it deals with. Both students and lecturers are capable of taking this course"s difficulty up several notches.» (Good)
