- These two parts seemed quite unrelated, it seems a bit that 2 courses are combined in one, but maybe they should be seperate. Of course, there is a connection, but its not that clear.» (General Service Management)

- The group assignment. Its interesting to interview people from the industry.»

- Helping groups with getting companies to interview»
- Maybe facilities management book should be replaced with articles or something, so students dont have to buy 2 books. I did not buy any of them, just got the service profit chain in the library though. I have not read the facilities management book, so i dont know if its any good or not, its just an idea.»
- Maybe change course litterature for the facilities management part.»

- The scope of the written exam is too wide»
- If you want students to attend the lectures maybe it is not a good idea to explain that none of the lecturer are compulsory over and over again as I belive people do not see the point in attending them if this message is repeted.»
