- java part, and unix part»
- The cinema booking system exercise.»

- that mathematical part, which seems to be too easy, maybe it can be changed to some computing skills, that is, using programing methods to solve math problem »
- A little bit more focusing on GUI programming, even on the exam. »
- Because the unix part is very short and method of teaching of unix course is not so good»
- More challenging programming tasks. »
- Nothing has to be changed.»
- For programming its very necessary to have much time to practice. And within very short time its also tough to learn the programming so better to extend time or exclude bioinformatics from this or put in another term.»
- student"s acedemic background should be checked properly before admission. moreover, the course should run at slower pace to facilitate proper understanding.»
- More programming exercises should be added, of varying difficulty. For example making most of them optinal, but maybe have optional exercise 1 replace exercise 1 in the hand-in if the students feel confident. That way you can have a steeper learning curve at the beginning without having to spend to much time on repetitive things.»

- The teaching and later exercises were excellent, but the workload and difficulty of the first half of the course was a bit low.» (Adequate)
- Personally, I like to study java with Peter. I think most of student can get somethings from him.» (Good)

- Graham"s lectures were excellent and the others were good, but Tore"s lectures were no good at all. It was way too hard to filter what he said and grasp the few useful parts. » (Large extent)

- raham is a good lecturer so he"s a keeper»
- There should be clear guideline to understand the biological part for the students of non biological background.»

- Tores lectures was very poor. Better promotion of the book. Try to make it more into one whole instead of many small parts»
