- Although I hate the program, it was good to get the experience. The exercise sheets could use a lot of more work, many of the questions were very wierdly phrased and did not explain what you were supposed to do in a good way. » (Large extent)

- He was enthusiastic and spoke well, however I feel that the lectures didnt follow a good structure and I didn"t get a good overview of all the concepts (i.e. how does ERP and CRM relate to each other, how does fleet mgt and transport mgt systems relate, when is EDI only a text-string and when is it messages sent like emails).. Also I believe the actual powerpoint slides could be better, Gunnar often spoke for very long on one slide (sometimes on a completely different subject), just to speak a few seconds on the next. His lectures were good and he kept the audience interested but could use a bit more work in my opinion.» (Good)

- I like his style of teaching, he knows what makes people interested in a subject and is good at telling stories or in other ways get people interested. He also had a very friendly style and could start chatting with students about other things in the breaks which was nice.» (Very good)

- Possibilty to use SAP or GARP more in order to get an understanding about some of the differences between them and NAV.»

- Some of the guest lectures seemed irrelevant especially Dr.Datta.»
