- I can"t remember seeing any goals. They should probably be more clearly presented. Some form of course-PM should preferably be handed out the first lecture.» (I have not seen/read the goals)
- The course spans so many subjects, it would be good to no exactly how deep we will dig in to each subject.» (The goals give some guidance, but could be clearer)

- the teaching was too poor. the teacher only read the material from the slides!! no further explanation at all!! in practice, it did not make any difference that a student studies at home or attend the lectures. » (Small extent)
- Too oriented towards equations, which would be ok if not all modalities were discribed this way. Maybe only a few central methods should be selected and covered more extensively.» (Some extent)

- the cooperation was good. there was an assessment of peers performance. I totally believe they should have been performed anonymously. But unfortunately the details of evaluation results were shown to everyone. After revealing the results, I got sure that some of the assessments were not fair at all in some cases! » (Rather well)

- Microwave tomography lab was too much work compared to what you get from it.» (Too high)
- the course load was too high. over 27 lecture materials. approximately 1200 slides were taught. This amount of material needed two periods to be taught!! the teachers could reduce the materials and instead less materials could be taught more specifically and deeply.» (Too high)
- 2 project and a lab especially the lab was time consuming and the works didn"t have good knowledge i means we put a lot of time but the efficiency is very low i think it have to be changed all the stuffs in the lab, in this case it is not useful» (Too high)

- I was not convinced the the whole course teaching method. I think this course is one of the most important courses of biomedical engineering but the way it was presented was so weak. we need a better teacher!!!» (Poor)
- The course has potential but is too general in many areas and would probably benefit from selecting only a few imaging techinques and go through them thoroughly, only briefly mentioning others.» (Fair)

- Guest lectures was the best part of the course which I think must be preserved during the next years.»

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Since the subjects of this course could be the main area of biomedical for future so I expected a better teaching team and better quality. so I think it would be better to improve the team and try to focus in some important parts instead of having many guest lecturers without enough time for them to explain. Basically, they just go through a lot slides without enough explanation.»

- The teaching method should be completely changed. less material but more deep study!! It teacher should do more than just reading the slides for us. the labs were not satisfying at all. we had a very bad interface to work with I mean notepad. the teacher at least could take some time and make an interface for that. it was really time consuming. with a could interface the students could both understand better and spend less time to learn the materials. »

- The MW lab needs to be reworked, it is hard to see the pedagogical and analytical points of the exercise. It"s not really beneficial to run simulations for hours.»
- I think the closed book examination for such a course like Diagnostic Imaging is ridiculous,there is no advantage with closed book examination as you will forget everything which have remembered,I"m really agreed with open book exams which is based on understandings during the course !»
