- The general purpose with the course was clear, but what to expect for the exam and how the exam was supposed to differ between the two courses, was not clear until the last lecture. - Some of the questions was really good. But too much electrical components compared to what is taught in the course. Describing functions is not described well at all in the course so it is a bit strange that such a large part of the exam was about this subject. Better solutions to the exams that is provided and earlier in the course. More than three of them would be good also.» (To some extent)
- The exam was okey, except for the last question (op-amp circuit). This topic has not been covered in lectures at all, and in the exercises we have not done anything on positive feedback circuits. So I think this question was irrelevant for the course and unfair.» (To some extent)

- Jonas is messy and hard to understand. Lacks structure and presents new material sloppy. Esteban mumbles and has unintressesting material. He manage to make a interesting subject really boring. The excercise sessions are worthless since the tutor only calculates one excercise. The solutions given at the homepage are really bad and hard to read because of low quality of the scanning. Volvo guest lecture good. ABB not so good. Nikolce is ok.» (Small extent)

- There were only the consultancies. The computer exercises did not fit at all in the schedule with the hand-ins. Considering that we have another course it was not time enough to get to the point where we need to ask questions, before the computer exercise.» (Very poor)

- One of the most interesting subject but one of the worst courses i have studied at Chalmers.» (Poor)
- I had quite high expectations for this course. I thought it would be more practical.» (Fair)
- If you read the Automation och Mekatronik program this course was just a repetition. The part about op-amps and transistors that was more difficult was not spend so much time on. It was good with repetition but something new would be nice.» (Adequate)

- There should be more hand-ins and laboratory exercises. The parts of the book that the course covers should be more specific, not only "Ch 8" or similar, rather the specific pages that are relevant should be mentioned in the PM, since the textbook contains a lot of unnecessary text. »

- It was sometimes a bit hard for me to follow the lecture, but to be honest I have no idea how to present C-programming etc. better...»
- Skip the scientific paper reading part. Problem solving sessions should focus more on solving problems, so that it is shown how the theory from the lectures is applied.»

- Change the teacher and examinator and re-plan the whole course. Esteban can not teach.»

- Maybe the home assignments could be rewritten so that this would be more difficult. The last one, choosing gear and motor, was not so good because it was just to use matlab and gave no new knowledge. Also to make the lecture more interesting. If you read MPSYS you will know about the microprocessor and also the simple C-code. Make this lectures more interesting or exchange them to another subject that isn"t just repetition. »

- Esteban: Has great knowledge, but can"t teach in a good manner. Jonas: Same thing as for Esteban Mattias Brännström: Worst teaching assistant ever on Chalmers. Nikolce: Thumbs up!»
- Laboratories are good. Needs better PM. First assignment badly written and do not explain anything. Second assignment is badly written but good. »
