The goals give some guidance, but could be clearer» | | 6 | | 46% |
The goals clearly describe what I am supposed to learn» | | 2 | | 15% |
Genomsnitt: 2.61 - I think the goals are written in a way that is the total opposite to keeping it simple and straight forward.» (The goals are difficult to understand)
- What we are suppose to learn, the goals, are not a part of the course PM.» (The goals give some guidance, but could be clearer)
- But they do not at all reflect what is actually in the course. If really wished the course was the way the learning objectives made it seem.» (The goals clearly describe what I am supposed to learn)

I don"t know/have not been examined yet» | | 1 | | 8% |
Genomsnitt: 2.08 - The examination were rather blurry and the focus hard to understand» (To some extent)
- The examination is us assessing ourself and not assessing what we have actually learnt. If I don"t believed I have learnt something in relation to the course goals, since the course material did not relate to the goals. Why should I reflect upon the goals?» (To some extent)

Low» | | 2 | | 15% |
Adequate» | | 11 | | 84% |
High» | | 0 | | 0% |
Too high» | | 0 | | 0% |
Genomsnitt: 2.84 - The ELDO Lab report was a bit long, better to not put a limit on pages and let the students decide themselves, it is their choice if they want to be extensive or not» (Adequate)
13. How was the total workload of the period, taking into account the objective of combined education and venture creation?13 svarande
Too low» | | 0 | | 0% |
Low» | | 0 | | 0% |
Adequate» | | 2 | | 15% |
High» | | 4 | | 30% |
Too high» | | 7 | | 53% |
Genomsnitt: 4.38 - Too much school work, the project was less prioritized. The ones who had the energy to work 15 hours a day probably managed this semester best, it was more how many hours can you work - than how much do you want to learn.» (Too high)
- I felt that the number of assignments made it extremely hard to get any work with the venture done. This together with the pressure of presenting the progress of the venture was a huge source of stress and even after vacation I still feel bad. I think most of it was not because of the workload but instead because the assignments felt irrelevant and as waste of time which cause frustration.» (Too high)
14. How did the workload of the period relate to your expectations at the beginning of the period?- Much less. »
- Definitely thought there would be less school work.»
- For all courses in this period in general: There were 4 courses with 23 hand-ins/examinations this period + the project + additional activities such as coaching, company visits etc. With such schedule there must be good structure and good communication from the school management, in order for the education to be efficient and productive. I think this was not the case this period. This was obvious e.g. at one point when school management believed we had 1 examination left before christmas, when instead we had 4. Additional activities added, poor planning, structure and communication made the project suffer as less time was available then expected at the beginning of the period.»
- Lower than expected»
- Matched my expectations»
- I expected high workload.»
- I expected more to be about the venture and less about worthless assignments. The assignments felt like they were only there to fill up time, not for learning purposes. I learned nothing.»
- More school work and less time to work on the project.»
Summarizing questions15. Was the course helpful in preparing you for acting entrepreneurially?13 svarande
Poor» | | 3 | | 23% |
Fair» | | 5 | | 38% |
Adequate» | | 5 | | 38% |
Good» | | 0 | | 0% |
Excellent» | | 0 | | 0% |
Genomsnitt: 2.15 - What was the course actually about? I still don"t know and nothing I experienced gave me the impression of being useful for entrepreneurship.» (Poor)
- Some things in the course was to theoretical.» (Fair)
16. What should definitely be preserved to next year?- The individual and group development talks»
- The lab report.»
- The planning lectures with the external teacher.»
- Individual coaching»
- Sales lecture. Really useful and Martin Lackeus is excellent in presenting.»
- Martin Lackeus lecture on sales, even though that might of course not be very relevant to the title of the course nor the learning objectives.»
- Max Rapp»
17. What should definitely be changed to next year?- The examination could be more practical than writing a report»
- Take away the Cognicion-session.»
- Remove the focus group study.»
- Clearer overall message of the course and lectures that support it.»
- The read thread needs to be improved. The classes are not always connected to what the course aims to convey, even thought they have good content. It feels like the OB course responds better to the goals of this course than ELDO does.»
- Everything.
1. Assignments should have clear learning goals, otherwise be removed.
2. Lectures should be well planned with a clear learning outcome.
3. More focus on entrepreneurial leadership as the course title states!
3a. How do you manage a small team?
3b. How to create incentives, create a stimulating environment for work, etc etc. there are so many interesting questions but nothing was covered.»
- The different parts in the course did not go hand in hand and it was difficult to see how they can support each other. I had difficulties to see the meaning with some lectures, like the cognician lecture.»
18. Additional comments- I think the course can be omitted and just have the indivudal and group development talks»
- The course was a collection of badly matched lectures that seemed to have little in common with the name of the course.»
- Adopt a more customer/supplier thinking. Alexander Osterwalder started his lecture by asking what we wanted to learn. Thats an excellent way to get feedback on what the audience expects and is interested in hearing.»
