- Not that badly, but it would have helped greatly if all powerpoints and assignments were up on the web at least i week ahead. it"s quite tedious to go to a computer room and find a printer in working order before almost single lecture, could you print most of it in one go you would save a lot of time for a lot of students...» (Rather badly)

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- The mid-term exam was to large. A mid-term exam that is 4 h (nearly the same as the final exam) and can give you maximum 5 p. If that is compared to the final exam that means that you have to get 5 as grade and I think that the mid-term exam has to be smaller, maybe 45 minutes max. 1 h.»
- Not so many lectures, take away the laborations»
- The scoring points at the trial exam. (It got to be some result that gives zero points between 2p an -2p)»
- There should not be any errors on, or risk of misunderstanding, the exam thesis. During this exam there was several different errors and one which made it impossible to solve the first question. When the teacher told us the additional info needed to solve the question I had already given up solving that one. »
- The exam was a mess, missing some important numbers. Question 2 was to big and to confusing, it included everything in the course almost. There is no need to make it that extensive. Its enough with on question on each part of the course, not putting everything together into one big. Question 1 with the LC filter at the DC source have we never talked about, at least what I can remember. If Pspice is about Buck converter there is no need for a lab as well on the Buck converter.»
- course covers too many important topics and my suggestion is two examinations one as mid-term and one as usual. »

- The lecture notes on the homepage could be better. The pictures are good, but they should be complemented with more text or mathematical derivations. The questions on the exam are divided in many parts. The total number of questions to be answered is too high for an exam of only 4 hours.»

16. Additional comments

- Did not like the point distribution of the exam, why have 10, 34 and 6 points? Why not have equal amount on every question. Whit this system you will fail the exam if you have a slight problem with the large question.»
- i think its better to specify some days for the students preparing for the final examination, its not fair jus after finishing the lecture we would have the final, we would attend the classes almost from 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon, so there would be no time to prepare ourselves at home!»
- Overall it was a good course, one of the more "practical" and that"s good. The only bad thing is the poor exam. It dosen"t feel good when you don´,t have time to go through all the questions.»
- There need to be some more tutors during the PSpice exercises because this year you had to wait a very long time before you could get any help or before you could report.»
