- the goals dont say anything about integrals and derivates. why so much calculation since we are not going to use it once working?? I would understand it if it were for a bachelor regarding the logical formation but this is a bit more advanced from my perspective. why not calculating real cases instead in a excel sheet like if it was a real simulation with different scenarios and different strategies applied. Moreover, the calculation part was not explained very good in the lecture by the way.» (The goals give some guidance, but could be clearer)

- Please don"t take it personal but having a PhD does not mean being a good teacher or professor. I felt lost many times during the lectures and sometimes went by the branches. » (Some extent)
- The level of knowledge of the professor is quite high, so some times to follow up his ideas you need to know some concepts prior the lecture. Though he tried to cover all the required concepts » (Large extent)
- The economic modelling was a bit unclear at some points. It was not very clear at the beginning what the goal of every model was. Reading the book gave more insight in the rationale behind it.» (Large extent)

- Regarding the homeworks, either compulsory or voluntary were a mess, the lecturer said first that a second homework were going to be hung on the web but then it just didn"t was there. I had to call my classmathes to solve some problems the administration/web page should have solved.» (Rather badly)

- Try to make lectures more "interactive", between students and teacher, in order to make it more interesting, and more easier to learn and understand.» (Average)
- This course and lecturer would have fit for a Master in IP or a Master related to intellectual property issues, but in my case is not the case. It is a most knowing about the topic but he went to deep into something I didn´,t liked so much. If I had liked it then it is my responsability to dig more into it and search for more information about it. But it was too much for this course. I would have liked a more "straight to the point" lecturer.» (Average)

- In the first lecture, he seemed not have been in front of a class full of students ever. Every class he started saying, "ok, now we are going to file a patent for ..." whatever object within the classroom .. there were not much about teaching from my perspective.» (Average)

- It was all right. The IBM guys electronic presentation was very long. It just isn"t the same when it is over internet.» (Average)

- From the learning/not learning perspective I did not learn more from this format of IP law exam, bouns points, and so forth. Actually I leartn much more from the other course which was less demanding and had no exam just 2 group reports compulsory and 1 individual voluntary report .. I would have expected to learn much more from the IP course. » (Poor)
- The final exam was (in my opinion) hard, and just managed to answer 75% of the questions, in 4 hours» (Average)

- very good idea with voluntarily assignments and bonus points for those, although one would like to feel more motivated with more potential bonus points to do them, otherwise 100% of grade for the exam seems reasonable within the current course structure» (Good)

- I the very begining I thought it was tremendous, but once I read the instructions and started to participate actively on this negotiating thing I came up with that it was useless. We just threw a coin and no negotiating took part. It would have been much better if we had had IP assets to negotiate and get points from real negotiating skills and coming up with interesting ways of getting these extra points.» (Very poor)
- was totally off subject, the connection is clear it is just not working in that way. Better a real assignment with clear actor backgrounds.» (Very poor)

- You mean instead of the IP course?? .. Well, finance and strategy is much more needed than an IP course from my perspective to my Master programe profile. If I had had a strategy and finance course as alternative to this IP course I would have taken the finance and strategy one. Definitely it is needed, and I don"t know how Chalmers does not have one.» (Yes)
