6. To what extent have the following course elements been of help for your learning?

- The course book is not pleasant and not easy to read. I think the course book is ill-planned... And it could be really better to change it.»
- The workshop is very motivating. It was too long. 3 hour of speaking was a little boring sometimes. It would be great if the workshop were more dynamic, like a tour inside Ericsson facilities.I liked when one of the ericsson"s staff talk about WCDMA and showed a card.»
- both of the exercise sessions were great. I especially appreciate the interactive way of teching of Johny. He always focuses on the understanding and makes sure that everyone attending the session gets a good understandings of concepts.»

- I think that there should have been an individual experience report as well. Now I felt that I held back some of the comments. It would have been nice with a little more interaction with the project manager, especially when it sometimes felt that you where fumbling a bit in the dark regarding the group organization. »
- Computers that we test our SW! They are not consistent.»
- Additional parts of the course presented by guest lecturers. They don"t seem to fit well to the course plan. Maybe it will make sense to omit them at all and just add some examples from real communication systems to Alex Alvarado"s lectures. The teamworking material could be a separate course in itself, something like "Psychology of Engineering Work".»

- The lecture could give more support on Matlab. For example, he could give us some hints or experience on the codes he has programmed for the course. As actually most students are not good enough at the software.»

- The course book ! Just one guest lecture by Pär Mattisson is sufficient. Guest lecture by Fredrik Brännström was really not adapted to the course level. We couldn"t really understand.»
- The project was poorly designed for a group of four persons, it was nearly impossible to divide the tasl into smaller tasks that could be solved individually. So the whole thought that the project should simulate a real project failed when you had to sit four people and program... Change the project into something that is easier to divide into individual tasks or change the project so you only work two people together.»

- Why not introduce some quiz before lectures»
- Questions about the parameters of telecom protocols were an unpleasant surprise at the exam after Alex Alvarado had been saying many times that the exam would require understanding, not memorization.»

- Just want to say: Congratulations to the team. I have the impression that there is a good communication among you and it is really reflected in the lectures, the exercises session and in the project.»
