- Not really much to do for being a full time course» (Too low)
- I think that the workload was fair, not too much or to litle - I think however that to recover all material for the exam will be really hard since it"s 7 weeks, 7 teachers, 7 different things to consider. Of course they"re all connected but it"s difficult to know how to prepare since different teachers could have different aspects.» (Adequate/Low)

- It was ok, but you had to start study right away. But I thought that was good, it wasn"t the usual exam week panic.» (Adequate/High)
- It was high but the fact that you had your presentations on Fridays was really good since you could concentrate the group work to the weeksdays and didnt have to work during weekends.» (Adequate/High)

- The last week it was had for the people who wasn"t on the lectures to find assignments etc» (Rather well)
- It would be nice if only one of Studentportalen, Studieportalen or PingPong were used.» (Rather well)
- Would have been nice to have the last weeks lectures on the webpage as well.. even though they were handed out during the lecture i like them to be available there to! » (Very well)

7. What is your overall impression of the weekly course?

- The visit at SFT was great but the one at Volvo didn"t give as much...»

- Sverker Alänge would have been given a "very good" if he had keep to the time on the lectures, he has a tendency to talk a very long time on things that are obvious. »
- The task for week 5 was not clear!»
- If we all present the same case, do not put all class together. After about two similar presentations the class starts to get bored and it"s not at all fun for the groups presenting last when everything is already said and done and everybody just wants to go home.»
- I just want to comment on that the contracts seemed like a good thing to do but unfortunately some people in my group didnt take it seriously and therefore didnt follow it. Although, it was probably our own fault that we didnt deal with it. But I definately think it was a good idea.»

8. To what extent has the course literature and other material been of help for your learning?

- The literature for the last week should have been in the PM, sometimes you have other thing to do in the evening, and then its hard to find time to read two chapters to the day after if you don"t have a chance to prepare. Dont know what to write at week one, there were no literature...»
- personally i feel that more interesting cases could be selected for few certain subjects»
- week 4, the project development dilemmas is a very "slow/boring" book to read, it is had to just glance through in order to get an overview. Please find new litteratur to replace that book!! »
- Assignment for w7 were really fussy, and Sverker has a time perspective that is really frustrating. To start a monologe after a 4h straight work session and interfearing on the lunch is not optimal.»

9. Do you have any opinions on a preferred sequence of the weekly themes?

- I think they are quite good as they are, there might be more sharing between teachers since they weren"t all aware of what we had learned before their week came.»

- The first week gave a good opportunity to get to know the other group members in a relaxed way that benefitted the communication in our work as a team during the whole study period. Very nice!»

11. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Communication between different teachers.»
- Baldridge case did not give a very structured learning experience. Well it was great to see in practice how a quality award is structured but the case was hard to answer and had no correct answer. For me that is equal to a lack of learning experience. Comepare this with the harward case in the serive week, that had a clear goal: teach us focused operations. I do believe that that actually gave me something of value compared to doing a sot/cornerstone investigation on the leadershiopdimension of the application. = Very subjective!»
- The sevice week was a bit messy with all the different teachers that probably had not talked to each others before. Its a bit hard to do a presentation for the board if noone told ypu that it was supposed to be for the board...»
- should have options of having more than one book for reference. can also include operations research as a part of operations management»
- The study visit to Volvo was a waste of time, the lecture there was ok (but could be held at chalmers) but the visit in their test department had nothing to do with what they had spoken about, or this course! the guest lectur from volvo in week 6 had some interesting things to say but it took me a long time to understand what she said since her pronunciation/English wasn"t very good, I understand that this may be out of your control but if we can"t understand what is said then why should we even bother to come? »
- The groups, change the groups every week. »
- Sverker should have shorter lectures. The layout of the seminars should be standardized and the teacher should always give pointers an not only student-group-discussions. Flagstaff was not so good.»
- The articles could be uploaded to the course website.»
- Maybe a little more precise projects, in Op S and Imp proc.»
- Never full class for presentations, at least not when we all have the same case.»

- I hope that the knowledge gained during lectures will be useful on the exam, specially since there were a lot of mandatory lectures »
- Can discuss about question papers and solutions of previous years. Can give grades to group activity so that the quality of the presentations can be improved. Can have a general class to insist on how a presentation should be given from a corporate point of view from experts.»

- Would be good if the groups could present in different order each week so that all groups can see each other at least some time.»
