- All lectures on various types of MEMS like RF-MEMS etc.»
- The notes which our main course teacher "Anke Velasco" gave us, they really helped us. Because it was easy fo us to ask question when we had handouts of the lecture which was going on at that moment. »

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?- Measurement lab for the MEMS sensor was rather badly designed and should be changed.»
- Some other industry should be found to be visited. Sumba Sensor has no learning for students.
I did not learn any thing from projects,except how to write a report, because practical setup for projects was far poor.For projects like fluid sensor and pressure sensor, students must be allowed to go to clean room and work there.»
