Genomsnitt: 1.18 2. What do you think?Matrisfråga- In my group we were to women and for me was perfect. But in fact I would not mind to be the only woman of the group. The important fact is to give good ideas and create a friendly environment to work together. I think we are old enough to respect each other. But it is true that sometimes the feminine touch is necessary because I think our point of view is different in some aspects.»
- I am quite used to beeing the single woman in the group. Afterall it"s Chalmers! I don"t think my perception regarding the RP would have been different with other groupings. »
- I do not believe gender to be very important for the learning of the project, but I have an impression that a girl often gets the responsibility for the group, and I do not believe that putting only one girl in each group is advantageous for that girl»
- For me, wonmen and men have different strong points. Sometime the women may see something that the men won"t and vice versa. Hence, it is good to have both gender in one group.In addition, we all need to work with both genders in real life working so it is advantagous to practice how work with the other gender in order to understand them more. The problem that I found is the guys from Asian countries don"t usually listen to the girl"s opinions whether it is right or wrong. They had some negative bias on that. Espeacially, sometime the girl told them that they misunderstood on something, the Asian guys would rarely to accept what she said. »
- Very nice experience! Maybe not that new for students at other departments, but at I it was really nice to be the only girl. I learned a lot, and maybe more than if there would be another girl.»
