The change management integration into the course felt unnecessary, at least we didn"t find a way to make it a part of the project.» (To some extent)

- The number of mendatory lecture is good.»

18. What should definitely be changed to next year?- improve the change management lecture»
- Make it possible to start earlier. For example to choose project in the end of the previous quarter. »
- Maybe there can be some more lectures about useful fields.»
- maybe do the project meeting a little earlier to allow more input to be incorporated into the projects»
- There are some conflicts between supervisors about the structue of the report. I know that every research needs special structure but a meeting can be held between supervisors and structural framework can be given at the begining. »
- I would prefer that the projects are more focused on knowledge gained and the possibility to test them in a real company, for example QFD, robust design, DoE etc.
We should definitely have a one on one conversation with our tutor to discuss the project and group personally. I really missed the oppotunity to air myself.
There should also be possible to give different grades to the people in the group, like in the bachelor thesis. The workload was very awry among the group members but this was not because of laziness of some, it was because of other inabilities that could not be fixed through a conversation with them.»
19. Additional comments- maybe get the chance to use the opposition-feedback in the final report (-> final hand-in a week or so later)»
- Might be a good idea to mix students in a way that is more carefully thought of. We definitely did not have a problem but in our project some activities on site had to be done in Swedish (and a lot of literature was only in Swedish as well) It"s a shame beacause then the foreign students miss out and extra work load is put on the swedish students.»
- What was most horrible during the project was the contribution from some of the international students. Their English was so poor that communication suffered from it but mostly it affected the quality of the report which ended up in many hours just to rewrite their parts.»
