- would have liked some pages summarizing major consepts since there is no course book to go back to. This could also be useful for people missing lectures. Very good that it was marked which parts of the articles that were important. Articles were well connected to the lectures.» (Large extent)

- I was not sure that I wanted to take this course since I was worried about if it was too hard, depending on my background. After only one or two lectures my interest was high and I had no problems completing the course.» (Excellent)

- working with spdbv(well, i think it might help using windows instead linux for this particular s/w.Practical sessions could be extended.»
- Try to reduce the number of articles to study and give more detailed information of the algorithms in the handouts»
- slides for the Biognos part online»
- I doubt that any of us had the time to finish all the computer tasks. Maybe they could be marked after importance, so that there were only one very important exercise each week, and one more if you had time.»
- Other Course options, because this course itself is a very intensive course.»

- After these 2 terms, this is the first time am feeling satisfactory about a course. I really enjoyed it. I learnt so much from the practicals too.»
