- I participated at all the lecture the 2 first week. Due to an internship I couldn"t attend the rest of the lectures and completed the course as distance.» (25%)
- I sometimes left because I felt the lectures was not very beneficial for me. I did not get more information than I could read myself on the slides. I would ask for more explinations during the lectures and that you would put the info in more of a context. Now, most of the time you read direct from the slides without explinations. » (75%)

- The goals are clear but because there are almost no case studies where the students have to think for ourselves and therefor it is very difficult to "be encouraged to analyze operations processes". During lectures, some case studies has been presented which is good but the format of being a full class, a teacher that doesn"t know the case but instead has to look in the course materials to find the answer, and the very low pace of the discussion after the case, makes it difficult to fulfil the goals.» (The goals clearly describe what I am supposed to learn)

- We did not really get any feedback on the topic report reviews, and the group got the feeling that you did not really read it though. Sometimes I also got the feeling that you didnt know how to answer peoples questions in class.» (Small extent)

- I do not like the teaching at all. It is extremly slow and the powerpointpresentations are each week very uninspiring- with their grey background (why isn"t white?) and with picture and text taken straight from the book. I am sorry Mats, I think you are a very nice person but the lessons are so slow and they do not give me anything. I would prefer some more interesting lessons, with much much better powerpoints and where you talk faster. The things you can cover in four hours could I say in one hour. » (Small extent)
- The teaching has to a large extent had a too slow pace pace. The literature seminare was held in full class which is very bad for the discussion, and the answers of the questions could be found in straight forward in the articles instead of having more analyzing questions that make the students reflect upon the theory. The lecturer seam not prepared when he his unable to give examples when questions are asked on the slides. » (Small extent)
- The Skanska game was interesting but lacked a clear explanation of the result. The rest could in detail be read in the book. Several parts of this course has been covered in previous courses such as lean, outsourcing, importance performance matrix etc. This course would be a lot more interesting if it covered more new material.» (Some extent)

- I thought it was very hard to make the connection between the litterature and the class and to evaluate what in the litterature was important and in what detail i was supposed to learn it.» (Small extent)

- The book is easy to read and follow. The cases possible to choose between were most of them already covered in previous courses and even though we handed in our wishes after 5 minutes since we had already discussed the cases we got our third choice which was an old topic.» (Some extent)

- I really would like some litterature seminar where we get some questions to answer and then discuss in SMALLER GROUPS during class. The caselessons should also be done in smaller groups instead of te whole class.» (Too low)
- It would have more interesting to have two or three case studies on the different aspects of the theory instead of a topic report, which we did a similar with Lars. » (Low)

- Litteraturen är intressant. Både själva ämnet och syfte/mål med kursen är dock dåligt presenterade. Kursen saknar en röd tråd mellan litteraturen och föreläsningarna och varför man ska läsa kursen, lära sig något om ämnet behöver presenteras bättre i början. Jag vet inte hur jag ska uttrycka mig riktigt och fortfarande vara konstruktiv men jag är fortfarande inte säker på att jag vet vad en process är.» (Poor)

- The course is to a large extent repetition and the very general presentation of the large field makes the course less interesting. The QOM programme starts with a general course TEK145, and this course is a lot of repetition from that course. After going more into the field in Lars and Ida"s course, it is unfortunate to move up into the general level again. » (Poor)
- the lectures don"t give much additional information that can"t be obtained by reading the literature and the slides because Mats doesn"t add much to what is written in the slides. Also questions usually lead to comfusion and are not answered satisfyingly. A better presentation style would make the course a lot more appealing» (Poor)

- The book is great, most articles were pretty good exept for a couple. However, there were a good deal repetition. Even some of the topics were repetative since they were almost identical to ones we have had in the last course.» (Adequate)

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- Not diskussions in the whole class, rather in smaller groups. More explinations during lectures, not only reading the slides.»

- Syftet med kursen och framförallt varför man behöver lära sig om ämnet måste presenteas bättre i början av kursen. »
- Case topics, covered material during classes, the four-hour classes and the cases read from the book. These could be read prior to class. The lecture should include things not covered so deeply in the book.»

- A review of the articles. Better topics that learn the students something new and a layout of the lectures that does not deal with stuff we are already familiar with.»
- Better powerpointpresentation! Talk faster! Have more interesting examples! Change book! (I am sorry if it sound so harsh, you are still a very nice person but there are some things to improve when it comes to the teaching part) »
- The course should be removed and replaced with some more detailed course in the area. In that course, more deep digging case studies that really makes the student apply the theories, and not just hear about them, could be a suggestions. »

- I hope these comments are read also by Anna Moses and that some actions concerning this course is taken until next years students because this course is not contributing to learning and worth the time invested by teachers and students. The classes has a very low attendence degree compared with last semester and I hope the programme administration understands that this is because the students don"t feel they get something out of attending the classes. If the body of knowledge was more specific and deeper, I think more students would attend the classes. »
