- I didn"t count the breaks between the lectures: for a lecture from 1 to 5pm, I counted 3hours. I may have under evaluate the personal work for the "bonus" activities, I don"t remember well because the work load was different depending on the activity, but it took me a lot of time. How can you ask if it took us 30 hours or 35 hours a week ? Is it only possible ? We don"t have only this course to study, for me I spent on this course more than 20 hours, and it is way too much... Imagine the same number of hours multiplied by two or three (for your other courses), you don"t live anymore !» (Around 25 hours/week)

- Useful to make us understand what is multicriteria analysis, but taking a decision on something we don"t know much about, without any books or data to rely on, is a bit difficult and don"t make a lot of sense. Moreover it was unclear how much information we should find before the exercise on the subject.» (Could have been better)

- Good idea to make us revise our basic knowledge on the field. But it was too much work for not that much earning (I forgot most of the things I read in the book afterwards)» (Could have been better)

- it was a bit too big, it got a bit boring with having two presentations, a bit repetative» (Could have been better)
- I learned a lot but for me, the groups were too big. Especially in the end. With such big goups it is hard to get the same amount of work for everybody and some are meeting, some are never there and also missunderstanding is happening really fast.» (Very useful)

- Not really appropriate with the aim of the course according to me. But it"s nice to be able to visit the museum for free with some schoolmates, and earn points for that.» (Not useful at all)

- It would have been useful as soon as we could do something with our oly 6 points worth issues.» (Not useful at all)
- Very interesting to find information and write something on our own on a sustainability issue, and very interesting to read and correct the work of others too. Nice to have peer advice on our work. But, the issues proposed are not very related to chemical sustainability (the aim of the course, according to its title!). - Sometimes, Magdalena did simply not know the answers. That could on one hand-side follow from the complex thematic but on the other hand she could prepare better. It is poor, not to know why something is written on a slide that I use. But in total I am satisfied with the course and especially with its climate.» (Rather good)

- It was hard to get everyone together and to get everyone to do their part in time. It is better if we were allowed to choose our own groups! » (Very poorly)

- The activities "Sustainability semainar", "Multicriteria analysis" and "role debate" took me a lot of time to prepare (of course, it also depends on if you do it properly or not). The points given for these activities are too low in comparison. Moreover, the points you earn for all activities are not really bonus points, as you still should reach 25/50 on the written exam". I am glad I had another course which didn"t requiere me all that much homework, because I would have become crazy.» (Too high)

- Some points are not so ok, like only the maximum 6 points for the seminar and 20, which depend not only on you are maybe too much. But maybe it is ok as well. Here I do not really have an opinion.» (The system is OK)

In the course introduction, it was explained that the diversity among the students was to be used in different exercises in order to improve your ability to understand different perspectives related to time, geographical conditions, cultures and disciplines.

- It was really interesting to take advantage of our diversity during the course. It helped me less than I expected, but it was great.» (To a minor extent it did)

- A very good mark in projects and assignement should enable to have a grade a bit lower in the final exam (for example, setting the minimum grade to 20/50 if the total of project + final superior to 50)»

- It was a lot of repetition of old knowledge for me (previosly Kfstudent). It could have been more challenging.»
- Good course, even if I think the name "global chemical sustainablity" does not fit very well. I thought it will have a closer relation to chemistry and explain maybe the possibilities and influences of the chemical industry/research in a more detailed way instead of doing it really shallow and put most intention into the subject why sustainable chemistry is important. But even then, the conclusion and the link to the term "chemical" was missing. That is not negaitve, but the course does not examine global chemical sustainability but global sustainability.»
- Finally, the book we bought for a lot of money was interesting, but not essential. It was possible to pass the exam" without buying it and without taking so much time reading it. Maybe it can be precised at the beginning of the course, to avoid money and time waste.»
