- the teacher was absent or canceled almost 50% of the lessons. when he was there he said exakly the sametings that was written in the book and on the slides that he used during the lessons. the teaching was consistently without devotion. » (Small extent)
- I don"t think I"ve learned much in this course and I think it is really bad that you can have two almost identical courses in one education, I take loans and I expect that my time at chalmers should give me more than debts. » (Small extent)

- No extend at al to be honest. I used the book from Beteendevetenskapen and the handouts froom the teacher. I would say that the book was unnessecary since I got the higest grade woithout even bying the book, which I acctually dont think is fare. » (Small extent)
- I learned most by doing the study questions for the exam. I did not buy the book because of the price. » (Large extent)
- The material and the literature was not enough to understand some parts. To understand those I had to look it up on the internet, which got too much time. Sometimes the described pages did not match the powerpoint slides.» (Large extent)

- I did not need any help but my impression is that the teacher did not answer his mail.» (Rather poor)
- When the teacher was there it was good, but when we had seminar he just attended for the first 30 minutes. Futhermore, we did not have a oppertuinite to ask questions before the exam since the last session was canceld.» (Rather poor)

Genomsnitt: 3.33 - We only had one group task during the hole course, this is pretty strange since the course is about leadership and teamwork. During 2,5 year on our program this is the course with the least teamwork so far. » (Very poorly)

- There was no need for cooperation since there wasn"t any teamwork or so. But as well when studing on our own hand we helped out and cooporated.» (I did not seek cooperation)

- We didn"t learned anything new. When we started the course, we had around 40 hours sceduled, of those we only used 20 for teaching sessions. Moreover should we have 3 seminares, but we only had ONE! when missimg out of class we could heve been given some work to do or pages to read, I think it was way to little work for the number of credits.» (Too low)

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?- Better info on what to study for the examination. Also lower grade that needs to be fullfild for pasing the examination. Better comunication between the tutor and the students.»
- more exercises, if the teacher is absent should there be someone to fill in or exercises handed out, different content so that we learn something new»

- The lectures. This course is about teamwork and leadership. Our teacher was a poor leader, and we had barley any practise in teamwork!!!»
- Use more real examples from the work life. I dont believe that just learning psychological teories is the best way for preparing for real time work life. Real life experiance is porbably the best.»

- The lessons, the way to teach, (the lack of devotion), the lack of information. A coures in leadership and teamwork need grouptask..»
- It shouldn"t be two identical courses in the same education. I would have loved to have seminars in leadership where we could discuss situations that can arise in our future roles as leaders and tips how to handle conflicts. I think that would give more relevance than reading about Maslow and Herzberg.»

- Homework, questions to think about at home before discussing them in the classroom. Have a lesson in the end to summarize the course and to discuss questions.»
- Rethink the content of the course and the students pre-knowledge. If there would have been new things to learn I dont think the working load would have been to low, at least not as low as it was now.»
- Get a teacher who attends the lectures, or at least a reserve.
It was weird to have a written exam about teamwork, it would be better to work practically much more.»
16. Additional comments- Very problematic situation with the teacher being ill every other lecture. A stand in teacher would have been good. »
- If the teather is sick a lot, there should be someone that could fill in, the student should not have to suffer beacuse of this.»
