Genomsnitt: 2.78 - I think that this type of examination in form of presentations give a good overview over the entire topic and it is a better solution than an written exam. A dicussion leads to more effective outcomes than just reading the books and answer to questions!» (To some extent)
- The examination were based mainly on the oral presentations of quality scholars, and our studies of ISM and legislation were not fully assessed.» (To some extent)
- The examination was too focused on the quality gurus. Although us students covered much of the course"s scope throug the ideas and concepts of each guru it still left some of the goals described in the memo untouched.» (To some extent)

- Anderson"s book was very useful during the course and it is definetly a good investment for our future careers as well. Quality management essentials provided an adequate introduction to the subject it covers.» (Large extent)

- It is very good if the teacher write which articles etc. that should be read/worked with during especially the first gathering! And also emphasise it would be great to have the ISM code to the first gathering.» (Rather well)

- The examination method, instead of the written exam to have a group work as it was this year. Personally can get much more out of it when researching the field, what you don´,t do when you only read to written exam(s)»
15. What should definitely be changed to next year?- Maybe a cheaper book but still keeping the current book as recommended reading.»
- Try to clarify the subject and the expected tasks at a early stage.»
- I can´,t think of anything at the moment.»
- I would have preferred a wider selection of topics for the essay as this would have enabled us to cover larger parts of the topic of quality management. With the current focus on gurus the examination day became a bit to repetative. Personally I believe that a written exam challenges you to devote more time and effort to your studies and thus gives a more comprehensive outcome. This is, however, my personal opinion and I know that many of my fellow students have a different view on this.»
16. Additional comments- Very good course with relevant high workload and requirements to pass the course.»
- The lecturer was very good to point out that the meeting are obligatory. Because it is not nice that someboby has to pay expencive tickets to travel and somebody can pass the course by sitting home and just do some extra work.»
- I think the idea to give the course in the second half of the term is a great idea. Then is it even easier to start the master thesis.»
- Very interesting course and a good way of examination. It is alot to understand and discuss around, and therefore I think it is easier to understand it with this type of examination!»
