- We did not get any information until the second last week about the poster project, which we should be finished just before the exam. Better planning would be desirable.» (Very badly)
- Some of the quizes with multiple correct answers only allow one answer to be given. Was it developed for some specific browser? My firewall caught several "attacks" while I answered the quizes.» (Rather badly)
- The information about the literature project should be available at the beginning of the course and not 3 weeks before deadline.» (Rather well)

- As a general overview and introduction yes. Contains lots of details which can not be grasped in the short time.» (Adequate)
- the teacher should say "hello" before he starts his lecture. I got the impression he was on stand by between the lectures and just proceed where he stopped.» (Good)

- Laboratory exercises. They give a good overview on the learned material, as well as provide students with real experience.»
- The labs. Interesting to see what we had talked about, event though we were not allowed to touch. Keep the quizzes, it"s valuable to discuss them with your teammates.»

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- more clean room practice?»
- Quality of quiz quesitons. The students are not that well encouraged to post really polished questions without any logic and/or language faults.»
- Try to update the quizzes more often. We still haven"t recieved the last batch, and the exam is in a week.»
- The corrections of quiz questions should be made by a team aprroved by the instructor of the course.»
- Maybe next year the examinator shouldn´,t go for a two week conferens in the middle of the period. The order of the labs is a bit strange. If safety is as important as it comes across then begin with it, then have the demo lab is process lab 1, so we can follow a wafer which is later cut into dies which we use for the photolithography lab. »
- they are doing fine, maybe nothing need to be changed. I just think of adding some lectures given by some profeesors or scholars which demonstrate the new and hot things they are doing. It would be more interesting and helpful to know what should or could we do in the future.»

- In my opinion, because of the high work-load of the course, the lecturers should not teach all the concepts and also not examine them. they can customize some important parts of the course in the way that they have time to go in detail and explain them thoroughly instead of pointing all the materials and examine all of them.»
- Info about the poster project must be sent out earlier, not just 2 weeks before deadline! The poster project might as well be in the middle of the period when the over all workload is lower. Skip the company visit or go somewhere else, and do it earlier instead of the last week!»

16. Additional comments

- Instead of splitting student into only quiz-making groups, they can be divided into three different types: quiz-making, quiz-checking ("opponents") and "referees". Each week they are changing the roles. Incorrect quiz questions do not give points, thus providing better questions.»
- The instructors and the stuff of MC2 were very helpful. They really made a great effort to teach something especially in the cleanroom. It is really hard to guide lots of students in different times in MC2. I appreciate for their help and effort for us.»

- If can be more trained to enter clean room, it would be better.»
- Avgust seems to be rather stressed, too stressed to be able to take the role as being representative for the course. Students get feeling of disturbing instead of having an encouraging communication in order to increase the enthusiasm for the course. I heard that some students got incorrectly accused of plagiarizing. This could have been done a little bit more subtle.»
- The exam"s questions should be properly stated and corrected before the exam and not after.»
