- Question 2 was bad. It is hard to write about 10 topic reports in 2 pages and get you to see that I actually read (and understood) the reports. And their was to much concentration and deep-going on small subjects. There should be atleast some question about agregate project plan and the funnels. » (To some extent)
- Some questions to detailed, like the stage gate model for Volvo and Ericson. I thought it would be more of a general understanding. Also, some people had written a report on stage-gate process, which is unfair then to give 6p of questions on that area.» (To some extent)

- I didn"t get the book in time so I had to read it quickly. If the book would"ve been more available it would of course have been better.» (Some extent)

- The topic-report writing went well but I had liked more discussion closer to the exam.» (Rather poorly)

- But everything is old information for students from the Mechanichal Engineering program. It is like the third or fourth time we hear this. Should not be a mandatory course for us.» (Good)
- Lars Trygg is a good lecturer and his lecture is nice, however it"s hard to know what"s important in the course and what to focus on.» (Good)
- I really think it is a good introduction to product development and it certainly gives the outlines and some of the details of how to lead a R&D project.» (Excellent)

- The administration and how the topic reports were evaluated, ask general questions on the topics not the methods used.»

15. What should definitely be changed to next year?

- The appliead materials case could be different it was very boring to read and hand in, but a good review in class thou.»
- The deadline for the topic reports could be a week before so you"d have more time to read them. Also some of the literature reviews should be mandatory so you get going with reading the book.»
- The boring presentations. Student presentations that are not graded separately are always boring, bad and ill prepared.»
- Improve the administration when it comes to handling the different groups (my group had three different numbers....). Be more precise with which things that are mandatory and not. Promote the literature reviews, dont complain to the students for not participating in the optional aspects of the course.»

- Byt ut gammal fakta som är på pp- slidsen. Den största delen av materialet är från början av 90 -talet. Känns inte så trovärdigt, borde ha hänt väldigt mkt på nästan 20 år.»

- The SCA-lecture wasn"t very informative unless you were interested in working at SCA or investing in stock shares from SCA. The book should definitely be complemented with more up-to-date material to highlight changes that have happened during the last 20 years.»
- I am not currently interested of working at SCA, nor am I, or plan to become, a stockholder of that company. Neither am I especially interested in their products. To sum it up, the SCA lecture didn"t give me anything. However, I would have appreciated an insight in their R&D work.»

- Would have been vary interesting, learning, stimulating and nice to have Håkan Mild as a guest lecturer next year. He could talk about Product Development att IFK Göteborg and their Änglagården. Håkan Mild for presedent!»
- I know that some students have complained that this period is a heavy one. I cannot really agree with them, I think the workload have been just enough to feel like you perform well at school and have a social life.»
- Not having exam questions where some groups already have an advantage in that subject. Some questions become unfair. »
- I think more student would have joind the litterature reviews if the answers wouldnt had a deadline of beeing handed in 24h before the lecture. »
