Genomsnitt: 1 - I dont think the compendium is neccessary and there could be better books to read from. The thing is that some of the questions of the exam are based on specific content of the book, so if someone doesnt buy it the person risks failing those questions.
Furthermore, I don´,t agree completely that the lecture notes from the teacher were sold to the students, in all other courses I took during the year the lecturers made available their notes online.» (Small extent)

Genomsnitt: 1 - The course can be much better. Semiconductor physics are one of the main subjects in nanoscience and because of that I think that the program coordinators should pay attention to this course. ppt based lectures are boring and don´,t motivate the student on the contents of the course. I think the quality of the course should be improved considerably.» (Poor)
14. What should definitely be preserved to next year?- The laborations, but they should be improved and give more interaction to the students. This year we only had to attend them but no report or related work was required.»
15. What should definitely be changed to next year?- A strong revision about this course is recommended, it should be one of the strong courses from the programm!
If not the teacher then the lectures have to be changed and given with more "passion", of course each student has to be self-motivated to study but the teacher´,s passion is a big influence to make us interested in a course.»
16. Additional comments- Unfortunately I have to say that I was very dissapointed with this course, it was not at the level of the other quality courses I took from the Nanoscience program.»
