- it takes time to finish all the readings and homework. Though I send lots of time on it, there are lots of things that i am not sure that I understand.» (Around 20 hours/week)
- I am an industrial PhD student and it was 15 years since I took my last course related to mathematics. Therefore my mathematical skills are not what they should be and I had to spend a lot of time on solving mathematical problems which I think for most of the other students are routine.» (Around 30 hours/week)

- Grate! Schedule was stated clearly, lecture notes were well prepared! And Mats sent us e-mail when he publish new information! It sounds simple, but no other lectuere does in Chalmers. He is precious!» (Very well)

- In my opinion the course is too theoretical. The topics are good, but could be more towards the applications and simulations. »

- I think matz is a very clever professor and knows the concepts excellently. But, I believe that he does not make himself ready for lectures. All of us know that he can prove the theorems and it is not necessary to write them intantaneously at the lectures. he can write them on the board from his notes. In this case there will be no error in the profes what happened a couple of times during the coarse and wasted so much time. »
