What should definitely be preserved to next year?- Labs are very good and match with lectures»- tutorials» - The lecturing which did not only provide a good grasp of each part of the course but also gave interesting examples and notes from the industry which is also very helpful and appreciated.» - The amount of math and programing. It was a good mix. » - Almost everything.» - The lectures. » - The web site and .pdf files.» - there were nothing wrong with the tutorials, just how they were distributed.» - Lab pratices. Just a couple of notes: -I found not useful at all to learn about formats to store scenes. -Some of the lab sessions (like ray-tracing) I"d personally change them so they don"t look so good and are more simple, but you actually get to interact with the program.» - Ulf and Erik! Great persons that really know how to help us.» - The content and structure. Gave a good insight in many things.» - the labs » - Everything but the lab-assistant amount. What should definitely be changed to next year?- nothing»- more tutorials. Maybe covering more of the course topics.» - Workload of the labs.» - The ways deadlines for labs are presented on the homepage, was a little hard to find.» - Maybe project instead of tentamen. » - It should include some more information about the current status of present game and film industry.» - to practice more of what we learn on the lectures.» - The start of the tutorials. It got a bit stressfull in the end.» - Often the time wasn"t enough on the lectures. Either skip some info or have more lectures. Hard to focus and understand when something is rushed through.» - maybe there should be like a group work like a small project or something» - See above» - The lectures need to be more coherent and explanations sometimes need to be more clear.» - Amount of lectures» - ALl the PDF and help files should be in english» - Better lab conditions.» - class explanations» - Some tutorials because they were so hard for me because I had never seen MVS before.» 16. Additional comments- I did like this course, but having only one course about computer graphics feels "week". I would suggest having two courses, one basic with "pixelhandling" (raytracing, splines,sampling etc) and one for realtime. I guess this was prety much how it was before with ordinary computer graphics and advanced. This is a really big subject and adressing it by only one 7,5HP course is rather weak.»- Kanske lite för snabba genomgångar på föreläsningarna, en föreläsning till i veckan hade nog varit att föredra. Jag läste tyvärr inte särskilt mycket på den här kursen, men jag tror att det finns en risk att många personer som har goda förkunskaper går den vilket gör att tempot trissas upp för högt för de som inte hållt på med grafikprogrammering tidigare.» - Great course! Great teacher!» - Thanks so much to the lecturer who introduced me the knowledge and supplied me opportunities to have relevant experience.» - Thank you for an awarding experience and for the knowledge. You were great.» - good course!» - Great course» - The extra summary lecture in the end, as well as the occasional repetitions based on our feedback were both very good ideas.» - I"ve enjoyed with the course but I think some tutorials were so hard.»
