- This course feels more like a course for the PhD students than for us how are about to get out in the industry in a short while.» (Adequate)
- Swantje and Magnus are nice people and had created a very interesting course. After studying the course, I am now much more interested in the science of material mechanics than before.» (Excellent)

- The book was very good. That Magnus was in the computer room during the Lab time for assignment was very helpful and should be preserved.»

- Using overheads to give the lectures can somtimes be of great help to clarify something but not for giving the whole lecture. I personally had most of the times problems with taking notes. »
