- Quite frankly, the home problems were many times too simple. It"s too easy to just follow the lecture notes without thinking. It should be required to do some own thinking to get highest grade.» (Low)

16. What should be changed to next year?

- I really dislike that lectures are moved around and inserted with very short notice and as often. I understand that the classes can"t be at the same time every week and that sometimes just two in one week and somtimes four. But I like to know in advanced as I have other commitments and even if school always goes first it"s hard to cancel stuff with just one days notice just because Bernard decided that we need an extra class. This is especially annoying as it"s hard to catch up on lectures that you missed, with no literature except for the hand-written lecture notes that very hard to understand unless you attend the lectures. To fix this, announce what"s going to be covered at each lecture at the homepage, so that it"s easy to catch up and follow the lecture plan if one miss lectures. And if classes have to be moved/changed announce this at least one week in advance both in class and at the homepage. »
