- The course is about control in general, not digital control specifically. This is the sequel to the basic control course. It is however natural that we use digital control (time discrete) throughout the course, since that is the way control is implemented in most cases today.» (The goals give some guidance, but could be clearer)

- The compendium with exercises was good. The book was a bit difficult to understand. It is written in a complicated way.» (Large extent)
- But the Literature is very hard to understand.» (Large extent)
- I do not agree with those who thought that the course book was no good. I found it interesting, when I finally was able to get my hands on one (after more than four weeks into the course).» (Large extent)

- More tutorials and more demonstartions on the tutorials! Do at least the demonstration exercises that are listed for each week, please!» (Rather good)
- All the people working on the course were very commited, and did everything to make us understand. I wish we had been given some feedback on the handin and the lab.» (Very good)

- Because I prioritized the other course I fell behind anyway.» (Adequate)
- I started working with the hand-in too late. It was MUCH harder than I had anticipated. I wish they had emphasized the importance of starting in time. It looks easier than it is.» (Adequate)

- size of lab or time for lab. Time ran out.»
- Maybe the literature to one that includes MIMO systems.»
- The lab-assingment is to big, most of the students dont have time to finish and you get rushed when you do it.»
- Improve the lab assignment and experiment! Let the student use the code they have developed on their own!»
- More exercises and a new book.»

- I didn"t like the home assignment for different reasons. The modelling part needed to be correct in order to get the rest correct. If something was wrong in your model, you had to redo everything you had done. It was also difficult to know where you should read to be able to answer the questions. Some more guidance would have been nice.»
- Our lecturer was very friendly, and had a very respectful attitude towards us students. He listened to our questions, and seemed to know what we would find hard. He really seemed to like teaching, and seemed to find his subject interesting. This was very inspiring. More lecturers (and people in general) should be like him. =)»
